I’ve been looking for a talented and trustworthy hairdresser in Orlando for a while. I’m so glad I finally found her! I’ve been to Danielle twice now and I’ve been so happy with the results every time. She knows exactly what I want and I feel so understood when I explain what I’m looking for. She always manages to give me exactly what I asked for and it just always looks so flattering! I appreciate that she explains everything she’s doing and why. I got curtain bangs last time and I was so nervous but she made me trust again, they look amazing! And I should also mention that I have curly hair and she is the only person I’ve found that knows exactly what my hair type needs and how to make it more flattering. I am sorry to say that I got the worst haircut and dye job of my life at the salon. And that’s not to say that the salon itself is bad, but using Morgan Thomas was horrible. I couldn’t believe the terrible service that I got. I wanted to go from dark blonde to brown and she was telling me how impossible it would be and putting down right decision. On top of it the entire time she was doing my hair she was texting her boyfriend and apologizing because they were fighting? Listen. I don’t care about your domestic violence problems. I was a client here since 2019. I was initially happy with the service and found the stylists very friendly. However, I had continued problems with my color. Spots were missed at the root consistently, there were color spots over my highlights and my hair became very damaged even though I did treatments and had them do the blow drys. It got worse when, again, a spot was missed of color. I asked for it to be fixed as I paid for the service and it needed correcting. Then, one of the stylists called me up and basically said that she could not help and I should go elsewhere for color.
