Horrible Experience!! Buyer Beware!! Pay attention to their return policy, which is essentially non existent. I stopped in after a haircut to see if the store had anything for an upcoming wedding. I am a local, meaning I can walk to this store if I wanted to. I ended up speaking with a gentleman who sold me a cream jacket on sale. Once I got it home, my wife told me it was to cream to wear to the "white party" so no big deal right, I figured I could just return it. Well, if you buy anything from this store, good luck returning it - they won't work with you at all, even if the tags are still on it and its still wrapped in the bag. See, my grandmother ended up passing away 2 days after I purchased this jacket, so naturally didn't exactly have time to return it within their 7 day policy. I wasn't even offered a store credit after directly speaking with the store manager John, who in all honesty made the situation even worse and was an A-Hole to both myself and my wife. John, if your reading this, you need to go into a different field - you lack basic customer service skills and this is the reason no one is in the store probably. I tried to support a local business, but to not even offer a store credit is a horrible policy and no way to deal with customer service issues. In short, this business has lost my business forever, and i will never buy anything in there again. I will continue to tell other locals my experience with this store and hope they as well take this warning. What a joke. Update - 8-26-2020 still no call, no action. Store owner is to prideful to admit...

First impressions is everything. On Park Ave in Winter Park, check. Cater to men & women, check. Quality merchandise, check. Priced right, check. Customer service....Good lord, John & Daryl were spectacular. With me needing a new suit I was excited, but even more excited when John told me how much the suit was and therefore I purchased two (2) new light wool suits that I had fitted to fit me like it was an entire custom suit due to my size. Grant it, I spent another $100 for alterations, but they had to widen my chest/back, tamper into the waist for the jacket, bring in waist on pants, correct length with a slight break and tamper the pants legs to not be baggy. John & Daryl both made sure I wasn’t leaving there unless the suits looked correct. Because of the price of the suits I was able to purchase three (3) custom dress shirts. This was a first for me. Typically, to fit my chest and neck area, the body was is so big I could get 2 people in there...lol. It was actually enjoyable to pick out the material, style, color, color buttons, collar, pocket or no pocket etc, four (4) pairs of colorful socks and two (2) pairs of shoes. Living 60 miles away they even sent me one of my shirts because I bought it after all the other outfits and they wanted to save me a trip into town.

Guys, we deal with everyday life & stress. If you want to feel special and you need a new classic, up to date style outfit???? GO TO SIEGEL’s!!!!!

Discovered this gem by chance when taking a quick vacation in downtown Winter Park. Purchased a couple of sport coats off of the sale rack and a pair of dress slacks. They altered and quick shipped them to me. Absolutely love them! But the best of all is that John Siegel described how much better a custom tailored suit would be for not much more than a much lesser quality suit from a chain store. As a short, heavy guy, I have the hardest time finding things that fit right and look good. John measured me, helped me pick out the fabrics and promised a suit designed for my body that would look great, move easy and breath so I wouldn't get too hot. A few weeks later, I came back and they made the final alterations while I waited. When I got home and modeled it for my wife, we were amazed at how fantastic it looks and how I look in it: thinner, more athletic, and very polished! It is light weight and super soft and moves like athletic wear. I couldn't be happier! Looking forward to...
