HomeGoods — Local services in Woburn

This store is okay. It’s combined with a TJ Maxx and between the two, there’s not quite enough of anything except for food. They have a TON of food, candies, etc.

I’m writing this review mostly due to the unbelievable checkout line, at 3pm on a Sunday. It’s so long they have an employee assigned just to tell people how to get in line. I know it’s November now (11/2/25) and while this store is always busy on the weekends, this is remarkable and I guess now begins the holiday season?

I will avoid this store until January due to this. It’s unfortunate that in addition to having consistently long lines on the weekends and generally lackluster merchandise (again - there’s just not quite much of anything except food and the home organization and bedding sections are particularly lacking) they also are in the worst shopping area in Woburn / Reading. This store is very nicely set up and has great quality items for your home.. I would have gave the store 5 stars but they do not have a separate customer service line for returns and questions, you will have to wait on a long line that wraps around twice to get to the register after already waiting on the same very long line to make the purchase.. I'm returning my item because it did not come with all the items that was to be included in the box so I have to suffer on this long...
