It was just ok nothing too spectacular basically nearly identical to the new TJMAXX next door itās just nicer with more home goods selection but the place isnāt all that big donāt let that outside view fool you itās really only just fully stocked In The FRONT section of the store the back barely has anything and you can see where it just stops then loops back towards the front itās nice if your not looking for a ton of things it will have some nice stuff but itās NOWHERE NEAR as the better than the Chelsea Mystic Mall Store that location can blow this to the DUST it is MUCH bigger better organized and has WAY more selection than this one will and I know because I frequent that location when Iām in the that area that store is a giant compared to here the staffers seemed nice and friendly but I wasnāt too impressed with what I thought it would be but again who can be surprised? I already knew BEFORE This store even opened it wasnāt going to be anything great like next door just would have Home Stuff Iām sorry but I will pass on BOTH of these Iām already not a fan of how next door is operated and that STUPID ONE WAY Entrance/Exit they implemented is REALLY annoying this place doesnāt even have a restroom meaning if you need one you have to either go ALL the way back to TJMAXX or Market Basket which isnāt ideal if you need one right there and then. So typical the way they made the āNew Woburn Villageā or whatever they claim it is now so dumb...

However, today was our first interaction with the store manager and he was outright rude. We picked an item that was marked down from the top shelf with the help of one of the staff but while billing they wanted to charge us full price. When we asked the cashier to check it again and ask the store manager, he came over in a rather aggressive stance and told us to either pay full price or leave it. He said he doesn't control who puts price tags on items and they can't track everything in the store! There was no need for his tone and stance he took...a simple apology and being nice to a paying customer would have made a much better evening for everyone in the conversation...anyway, we liked the item and still bought it but we didn't appreciate the whole instance and would avoid the Woburn location...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered a dresser from HomeSense, to be delivered through Lugg. Lugg crew brought the wrong dresser and left it in my home. After multiple chats and calls, Lugg arranged two crews the next day: one to take the wrong piece away, another to bring the correct one. I went to the store in person and the store manager promised that they will take care of it and have the right one delivered.
What happens then? The first crew picked up the wrong dresser ā and to my shock, the second crew picks up and delivers the exact same wrong dresser back again, saying this is what the store gave them!
Despite clear receipts, photos, and the two items being very different, they still managed to mess it up twice. Absolutely mind-blowing incompetence from both HomeSense and Lugg. Unsure how HomeSense can keep sending the wrong furniture without checking. What a waste of everyone's time. Order cancelled, so...
