Middlesex Probate and Family Court — Local services in Woburn

As Richard Young just said in review 2 months b4 me. They are biased. You get nowhere, there is no justice for our children here. I thought that there was one venue left of the United States government system that I could trust and I thought the one that I could trust would be the Probate Court department because they stand for children's rights allegedly , but I have found out that this is not true , my judge was very biased . men have to jump through hoops to prove themselves Time After Time and year after year and thousands and thousands of dollars later and still have not received the rights and the protection for children as we request in accordance with law and comparable cases. MEn , practically, have to prove our Ex-Wives are smoking crack in the courthouse bathroom in order to have a judge look favorably upon a father who has been denied visitation due to a narcissistic EX. I feel bad and having made this decision but I believe that I have no choice. I have chosen no longer to pursue this matter even though that is causing me Heartbreak on an hourly basis and has ruined every single aspect of my life and my happiness because I miss my son Aiden Brodsky and his mother Angel Marie French from Tyngsboro Massachusetts bastard that she is knows that I've already lost one son 20 years before I met her, and still she is denying me visitation for no good cause. I am disabled and I I'm simply unable to afford thousands upon thousands of dollars of attorney fees and nor can I afford the mental anguish and damage this is psychologically causing me to have to continue fighting and leave this in the Forefront of my mind every hour of every day of my life and so since I cannot find help and since I cannot find any agency willing to help the disabled like me and the reason is because I am not the one who is the RECIEVER of child support money so there is no help for father unless they are the ones who are receiving child support the court will not...

First off I didn't receive all my paperwork to fill out for the DOR the way the the lady said "it is what it is" was just unprofessional. Second I don't feel like I was treated fairly in my case the judge didn't see my reason "valid" for impounding my address, but when he said that "you can remove her address" the judge was ok with his allowance of it! she also didn't care how I felt about the situation and clearly had the sympathy for the other party I felt like it wasn't well put together and she already had her mind made up on judgement. This court and judge was a joke also I found the judge very rude. The process was rushed and pointless specially when I filled out my Financials and that wasn't taken into consideration specially since he clearly had NO amount filled out. Just give the judge a feel bad for me story and she won't make you pay childsupport lmaooo and let the mother do it all sorry but what judge will allow $12.00 a week while the mother struggles and has to work triple to care for a child. THIS COURT AND STAFF ARE A JOKE AND NEED TO GO...

My mom died from medical malpractice and I can't take any sort of action against the hospital until my father and I become Executor of estate/Personal representative. Who knew health care proxy expires with patient?

3 months have gone by and this courthouse has not moved our petition forward. We are well past the waiting period. They are killing so much time because the hospital where my mom was killed is covering up their tracks. It's frustrating as this court house's poor performance is holding us up!

They respond to emails, but it's false hope of improvement because they stop responding after a while of being tired of answering questions. Forget trying to call in. You will be passed around in circles for days talking to people who don't care about their own lives, work, or the community. Their answering machine sounds a lot more ambitious about it's career than the employees do.
