Let me begin by saying - DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! In all of my 15+ years of being an AT&T customer, I have never been treated so poorly. The customer service at this location is BEYOND unacceptable.
I went into this location for an upgrade and the representative that assisted me did not disclosure things to be such as the automatically added protection plan, the stores return policy, or provide me with a receipt. 20 days later I returned to the location to return the accessories I bought and was told "Sorry, we have a 14 day return policy". When I explained how that was never explained to me, nor was I provided with a receipt which stated the return policy, they only offered to print me an additional copy. I spoke with a new representative, the assistant manager and the store manager -- needless to say, no one was of any help.
Better yet, not a single one took the time to understand my situation and just kept cutting me off and repeating the same thing to me -- sorry, if you were in the 14 day return window we would be more than happy to.
Overall, both experiences at this store were unacceptable. I will never return and feel others should be...

I called in today at 11:30 on 07/30/21 and had the worst experience with the women that answer the phone when customers need help. I do not know if this because everyone is working at home or what. I was here to get assistance for a Mifi that was not working after working with AT&T customer service online. The customer service team proceeded to be rude, unengaged and also hung up on a me before I even received full help. I just wanted to make sure people know when going to this AT&T to not except any friendly customer service and that they will be rushing you and hung up on you if the the employee does not know what to do. Worst experience with a phone service, ever even though we are a business account holder.
Definitely bring this to my team to see if we can get rid of the service in general if customer service is not a priority of the company

They said they would cancel 2 lines in my plan in order to add 2 new ones but it was a lie, they can’t cancel in the store as they told me when I came back there with extra lines I don’t need. Made me lose U$300 and said they couldn’t do anything about it. And on top of that they not only did not cancel the lines and I can’t cancel for 90 days either because I just activate a new promotion. I have now 2 lines I don’t even have the SIM cards because supposed to be cancel they trash it at the time I was there. And to finish the manager got my phone number and said he was going to fix my problem and call me back, almost a month now and no problem fixed and still waiting for that call.
