I had a terrific experience buying my furniture at Castle Furniture. The service was wonderful, we live in Connecticut and we actually made a trip all the way to New Jersey just to see the showroom. Essa was very nice to our family and treated us with respect and kindness. My parent bought their whole living room set there, and I bought 2 amazing throne chairs there as well. My parents furniture is of very good quality and all our visitor were begging for the information of where their furniture came from; Castle Furniture. My mother said that it was one of her best investment and she's proud of showing off. some other showrooms from other retailers claim to sell these kind of furniture but quality is cheap compare to Castle Furniture. Proof is I bought another set from another retailer and regretted for not having bought it as Castle furniture. This man took our 1200 hundred dollars and said he ordered our furniture and later we found out that the item we want was discontinued. He lied and kept saying that it was backordered. In the end he wanted us to choose something else in the store instead of returning our monies. Now we have to take the time and take him to court. We are just now finding out how many people he has manipulated and stolen from. It's very sad that he would open a business in a struggling neighborhood and steal from families who are oblivious to his games yet he won't go to an affluent neighborhood and do the same because they would shut him down and sue him.
