We received some clothes for Christmas that unfortunately didn't fit. We didn't have the original receipt but it was no hassle to exchange them. The lady helping me (I wish I could remember her name because she was awesome) checked the racks, the back and online for us. They were out of the cute space pants I loved but while I was seeing what other adorable clothes we could find, another customer returned the exact pants in the exact size we needed and beforementioned awesome lady held them for us.
