Woop Tea & Smoothies — Restaurant in Beachwood

Love love their bubble tea but you just couldnt buy it. I would drive to only find out that they're open but either nobody is in there or they are not ready to get order. I'm not really sure if this is the management's problem of not having enough people to work or it's just the workers who arent working well. I tried ordering online and I could see that my order would be ready soon, even I was in front of the store waiting for somebody to show up and make my tea. After awhile 2 girls came talking and went inside the booth. I told to one of them that I put in order and she told me she could find it that I could just tell her my order and she prepared it without even asking for my payment knowing that she couldn't find my order. I’m a regular customer here and Asia has always been very good in preparing any drinks I would order. I’m a boba milk tea addict to the extent that I already explored almost all the milk tea houses in Vegas And California. Whenever Asia is not around, the tea is guaranteed always a disaster! And today, I just literally ordered again and it was again a disaster for being overly too sweet! I clearly requested for no sugar or at least lessen the mixture of whatever is making it sweet, and I’m aware that they can always do that, but unfortunately it was too sweet. Ordered milk tea, fruit tea, and a smoothie. They were mostly good. I've had better. However, what was really horrible about this experience was the two ladies making the drinks. They looked so unhappy and didn't talk or acknowledge customers beyond taking the order. One of the women set the drinks on the counter one by one not saying which was which and when I asked she mumbled, didn't look at me, and went back to making other drinks. They looked like their souls we're dying a little bit more with each drink order they made. I'm not even joking. It was such an unpleasant, uncomfortable experience. Will not be going back.
