Usually have very good experiences at this location. However, while shopping today I can say that I encountered one of the rudest people in retail I’ve ever come across. The woman that checked me out was extremely unfriendly, didn’t respond at all when I warmly greeted her, and never cracked a smile. On top of that she tried to overcharge me $10 on a BOGO deal. When my husband said something regarding the overcharge she blamed me instead of just fixing it. I didn’t need an apology whatsoever but some professionalism would have been appropriate. I never write reviews but I truly feel this woman should not be in any sort of front facing position...

Okay, so JUST left and I can confirm what alll the other reviews said about the customer service. It was the most bizarre experience ever, no salutations, no can I help you, no do you need a dressing room NOTHING only are you ready to check out!

And obviously there is some tension between the 2 white sales associates and the black one 😩😩😭 And to be honest the 2 besties should NOT BE WORKING together. But they did not hurt my shopping experience as I don’t get to visit Francesca’s as often as I like - I shopped, paid for my stuff & dipped 🤷🏾‍♀️

I don't typically take the time to write bad reviews but when you ignore someone when they are asking a question to you directly you deserve to be called out. My niece had to get a different dress before her graduation ceremony because the one she originally bought did not fit well. She came back to the house upset because she was ignore and told they didn't have any white dresses, even though they were some in plain view through back door. Bad customer service needs to...
