Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Woodstock

I went to this metro pcs (9425 HWY WEST 92 STE 190, , WOODSTOCK, GA-30188) because of the reviews, BUT that was a BIG MISTAKE!!!! The employee (Abraham) lied to me. He told me if I buy the phone, I would get $100 off. I thought that was a good deal so I brought the phone thinking that's all he CHARGED me for but not knowing that he CHARGED my credit card for accessories (double wall head charger, phone case, 2 temper glass shields) which totaled to $165!!!!!! I had no idea he charged my credit card for this until I checked my receipt that he sent to me via email. I went back to the store to try to get a refund on the the phone & accessories that he illegally, fraudulently charged me but he refused to refund me until I called metro customer service. He lied and told me that the reason he charged me for the accessories was because that was the ONLY WAY FOR ME TO GET A DISCOUNT ON THE PHONE. HE DID NOT say that when I brought the phone. Nevertheless, He reluctantly refunded me for the accessories but NOT FOR THE PHONE. Abraham is a very dishonest, sneaky & evil person who is representing metro. HE SHOULD BE IN JAIL. Absolutely the WORST store EVER!!! I was in line waiting to be helped, a man walked in and the employee began helping him first!!! My boyfriend asked why he helped him before us and the employee said the customer was here but left and now he is back......I had already been waiting 20mins!!!! A normal person would have put him in the back of the line because he left the store!!! Another reason I do not like this store is because they are always short staffed, low on product and they are just RUDE!!! Since, the whole staff is Hispanic they seem to show favoritism towards other Hispanics.....like I said above he let that man which was Hispanic jump in front of me.....I'm not prejudiced but this is ridiculous to be treated this way!!!!! Went in a year or so ago and guy was rude and pushy, nothing I said was correct, and he had to speak over me. Made me feel small and stupid. I went back to purchase a SIM card the other day, same guy, instant anxiety but all I needed was a SIM card so I proceeded. He was still pushy, but I learned my lesson the first time I went in, there is no winning with this guy. He wasn’t rude this time- but still pushy, like a used car salesman. This is only one person in the store- has nothing to do with the brand itself. I have had Metro PCS for a really long time- like 15 years or so, good service, unbeatable price!
