I'm taking into account that it was 4:45am and the cook an one hostess had probably been up all night and we're exhausted, but.with that said, I have to say, I was disappointed with the whole experience. Soon as I walk in the door I was greeted by a "we are only taking take out orders at this time". that was okay I had a little extra time that morning to go back home to eat. From the time I ordered to the time the food was ready maybe 10 minutes. But getting home I found the grits were runny had a odd unfamiliar taste and there wasn't any butter to aid in the flavor of the he grits. The eggs and sausage were okay I guess. My problem is for budget reasons eating out is rare for me. And I was looking forward to sit down and have a hot meal. I had been craving a waffle House breakfast for a long time. This particular dinner at one time was voted one of the best. So it was let down when I was told it has to be order out. Then the grits tasting bad and not one spare butter.
