Kohl's — Local services in Wooster

Spent over 2 hours just trying to find and try on some dress shoes and finding dress socks and belts. Not 1 time did anyone stop to ask to help. I did have to ask someone after roaming around awhile to find out where dress socks were since unlike other stores that sells dress clothes, the dress shirts, pants, and ties are on one side of store, shoes in the middle and around the corner a ways away on other side of a wall are the belts and if you look hard enough you find the dress socks further down. Nothing is remotely near each other. Then when cashier asks if I found everything OK at check out and I said not really but after an hour or so I did on my own and she then asks if I want her to help me. Well no, I just said I did it myself !! I understand being short staffed but when a customer is fixing to spend a couple hundred dollars and gets ignored its not worth a better review. Only found one pair of the 2 pairs of shoes I needed and since no one around to ask if more stock coming in or getting info I have to look else where. Big boxes in walkway and I had to move them so a family and gentleman in wheelchair could get back to...

I had seen many staff members putting clothing away in the Girls dept, not one offered any help for the hr that I spent in that dept., even using the hook many times myself to pull down clothes too high to reach. Then when I needed to order a coat in my son's size (that they did not have in stock in their small late Oct. selection!) at the Kiosk the 2 girls laughing and talking at the Customer Service desk refused to come help me bc they "didn't know how to use the Kiosk". They clearly never tried to learn as they never moved from there positions to help but instead radioed a manager to come which they found funny. The manager was shocked that they were never trained to use the Kiosk nor tried to learn on their own and made them come watch, which was awkward bc they had "uninterested" written all over their faces. the woman working the register today (7/29/25) at 7pm was the nastiest employee i’ve encountered at a store in awhile. i ordered a pick up order, my first time doing it. so i wasn’t exactly sure where i was supposed to go. i didn’t see it when i walked in, but i saw a cashier so i asked this woman where the pick up center was. in the rudest tone of voice she says “you see that sign hanging right there? it’s probably right there.” ….. i did not need to be met with such attitude when i’m asking a question. it’s HER job to help me ?? being that it’s the register AND customer service desk. no ma’am i did NOT see the sign hanging there or i wouldn’t have ASKED YOU!!!!!! i hope a manager sees this because she needs a talking to. wonder how many other customers she’s...
