To the Leadership Team of the English Language Center,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the working methods and support services of your center for adult learners like myself. Over the past two years, I have patiently waited to join a course and have taken the placement test four times. However, I have not received any notification of the results or any clear instructions about whether I qualify for the course. Instead, I only receive messages asking me to continue registering to reserve a spot.

I feel that this approach demonstrates a lack of responsibility and professionalism, especially for an educational institution. As an older learner with an urgent need to improve my English skills, I was hoping for better support from the center. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me very disappointed with the organization and attitude of the center.

I sincerely hope that the leadership team will review the center’s processes, improve the notification system, and provide better support for learners, especially older adults or non-native speakers, to facilitate their learning experience.

I look forward to hearing back...
