Potbelly — Restaurant in Worth Township

**edit in I had spoken with 2 managers on different days and was told I'd get a refund on my order, i have checked multiple times and had not received one. I will be calling up there this weekend to find out what is going on.

So i got an order delivered to me, and i didn't know it was gonna be door dash.. not really their fault the meal was super late. My soup was cold my salad was hot and the think I'm very mad about was i order a milkshake to get it delivered to me already with the straw in the cup and the cookie out and about (if I'm getting delivery, it would have been safer to have a safety sticker blocking the hole, and also for the cookie i had to toss it out. The driver touched it plus the straw. I was to afraid to drink the shake.. I evened up opening the shake to check it i tossed the cookie and changed straws, but as I opened the lid I found my milkshake was only half full. I paid full price for a shake to find it only half full just slightly over half full and melted. I'm so mad I reported to the company site and I hope I hear back soon. I want my money back. At least for my shake. Soup can be reheated, salad ~Sadly it was warm but the milkshake was now wasted. I'm very upset. This was my dinner I'm stuck at work till 2am. I cant go out anywhere else to get somthing else and I will not be ordering...

Driest sandwich ever. Barely any condiments on it. Called back the next day was refused a refund because per the curly haired heavyset manager the tuna is dry and soaks into the bread and I should’ve called the same day…. Storytime: If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ended up having strep but ik I needed to eat something light so of course why not a bowl of soup and hey give me a tuna sub so once these meds kick in I can eat for real. Unfortunately I didn’t haven’t the strength to eat throat was still on fire but the next day as expected the meds were working and I went to eat the sandwich it was horrible. They skimped me out on the soup and all they had to say was thanks for telling us. $20 for a bowl of soup and ORGINAL sandwich not even a big and u can’t accommodate a regular customer who knows this was below par service. Unacceptable save your time and go to oak lawns or evergreen park location. U can see the microwave line from the soup and the sandwich is soaked in oil no mayo or mustard or anything else in sight and as usually the consumer not the million dollar franchise has to suffer do better potbelly’s hopefully corporate sees this. Jimmy John’s delivered a great tuna sub in replacement and I will be reaching...

My family and I walked into this establishment expecting to order milkshakes and cookies for the evening. As we entered we were in mid conversation about the milkshakes and one of the heavyset ladies behind the counter yelled “WE STOP MAKING MILKSHAKES ALREADY”. We all laughed it off a little because of how rude it was yelled in front of all of their customers but we then continued on with our conversation. We then asked another person behind the counter why the milkshakes weren’t being made anymore (because we noticed customers drinking milkshakes within the facility).. the SAME woman YELLED AGAIN and said its because we close at 9:30pm on Sunday. We said ok, understandable. While waiting for our cookies and as we approached the counter I asked if they had the Blueberry cookies and the same woman responded “THOSE ARE DISCONTINUED”. LOL MY GODDNESS! All I could do is laugh and leave. Regardless of the matter, everyone has the capacity to be kind to others....
