I just recently purchased the Specialized Roll Elite from Firehouse Cycles on 4/17/2021. I've ordered it from my local bike shop back in August and they said that it was supposed to be in January but it didn't happen so I've searched all over for it and Firehouse Cycles had just what I was looking for in stock. I drove a 125 miles one way just to get it. And the person I dealt with was absolutely awesome. Even talking to me on his days off helping me secure my bike. My only regret is that it's so far away they have an amazing shop and a great selection. I'm just your average cyclist but I ride a lot so I don't mind traveling to get what I want these guys at Firehouse Cycles truly are great people with a great selection and if you give them a shot you're definitely not going to be disappointed.

From an unseen purchase by phone (a friend told me about a bike in the shop) to the pick-up parking lot pic...then all set up "my way" (see pics), Mike J. at Firehouse Cycles was a real pro hooking me up with my sweet new ride. Sincerely, this is not my first high end bike or set up - it was a great deal, the shop was nice and Mike was more than knowledgeable/fair/cool/helpful (and a good mechanic too), as I was told he would be. Two thumbs up...I will go back. Thanks!

Mike was great! I called him and told him what bike I have been searching for my wife and he had it and even held it for the day. Upon arrival he grabbed the bike and immediately started fitting my wife to it. He was stright to the point and gave us advice without being to pushy. My wife test drove the bike and loved it. We picked out some accessories and he put them right on and we were out of there in about 45 minutes. He gave us a great deal too!

I was in the midst of a Century and 49 miles from home when I shredded 2 GP5000 TLs. I was fortunate to be a 1/2 mile from Firehouse Cycles. Michael and his crew were incredibly compassionate and understanding of my need for a quick turn-around. In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis and the backlog and I’ll bike shops they were kind enough to take my bike right away and set me up with two new specialized S works tubeless 28 mm tires. They were quick, efficient, and very well qualified. Additionally, I don’t remember the young man’s name, but he had just got lunch and being that I was thirsty as heck I asked him if he had a beverage. He right away offered me a bottle of water. I didn’t know at the time that it was for his lunch. Of course I tipped him and was incredibly appreciative. I didn’t know at the time that it was for his lunch. Of course I tipped him and was incredibly appreciative. Also, I didn’t have enough cash to pay for it, but I did have a photo of an AMEX gift card which I was able to use to pay for it. Before we even got to that point I said to the fellas I might not have enough to pay for it so I wanted to know how much it would cost first and they said “don’t worry about it, we’ll figure it out.” I didn’t get that far, but I believe if I didn’t have enough to pay for it at that time they would have taken my information and trusted that I would’ve paid them, which I will certainly would’ve done. I cannot recommend the Firehouse Cycle’s team more highly. AWESOME DUDES! I was back on the road within 30 minutes and completed my Century, albeit a few hours later than I...

I went in to Firehouse Cycles trying purchase my first bike (crossing over from marathon running to triathlons) after doing research for several months. I was having a difficult time choosing a bike because of the size (I am in between sizes) and everyone knows that a good fit is important. I ended up putting down a $500 deposit to order a Specialized bike that evening and left happy with my decision. However, I went home to do some more research and started to question my decision. So I called the next morning as soon as the store opened, trying to ask a few more q's before he had the bike shipped to the store. Instead, I sensed that the owner/salesman, Mike, was losing patience as he mentioned that I was 'wasting his and my time.' I'm sorry, but when I'm about to drop $4000 on a bike and necessary gear, I'm going to have a few questions. I ended up leaving work early to see if I could go in and test the model bike one more time before the bike was sent to his store. At that moment, he said 'I don't have time for this, you can have your money back.' You don't have time for this? The 3 separate times I went to your store in the past 2 months, I saw one customer inside. The first time I was there, I sensed your unwillingness to help me and I should have never gone back again, but I did. I understand that many of your consumers go in and purchase bikes in cash since it is located in an affluent area, but don't judge a book by their cover. The questions asked and being able to sit on a bike again was something important to me, especially since it was my first bike, but you dismissed me immediately with an arrogant attitude. Never will I...

FireHouse Cycles in Yardley is the only bike shop in the whole area that I will deal with, and I have been to all of them -- between Lambertville, NJ and Levittown, PA. The owner and manager is not only a complete professional, a highly skilled technician, and an expert in bicycles and the sport of cycling, he is also an individual who will give you his time. He will talk with you, he will respond to your emails, and he will do all that he can to help you.

And even though you may think that the prices may be steeper in Yardley, they are actually very standard for bike shops if not less for some things. If I was forced to make a complaint, it would be that the level of his personal attention and customer service that he provides appears at times to be slightly raised for the Yardley locals and the well off Lower and Upper Makefield people, which they are glad to hear I'm sure. But the important thing to remember is that no matter who you are, he will be fair with you, talk honestly to you, and go out of his way to help you. And that is why I strongly recommend that you go to Firehouse Cycles.

It is a lovely and clean shop right by the main intersection in Yardley. And as far as the rest of the staff goes, I have no doubt that they have been trained very well. What else can I say except that you will not regret going there. If you're looking for a good bike shop that you can trust, take a spin over to FireHouse Cycles in...
