Subway — Restaurant in York Township

My mother was asked to leave this store today by a very rude person. My mother was coming in to order food but also had to use the restroom. The woman behind the counter advised that the bathroom is for paying customers, she advised that she was making a purchase, she was then told to that if she is making a purchase she needed to start at another part of the line, my mother is disabled and walks with a cane she advised that if she had to start all the way at the other part of the line she wouldn’t make it to the restroom.

This store is ageist and discriminates against people with disabilities. You all should be ashamed of yourself. Having a bad day is fine however that does t give you the right yo be rude and mean to others. I hope this doesn’t happy to your grandmothers or mothers or anyone who is older in...

Today I went to this subway for lunch asked for a 6in sub cold cut combo add ham with provolone cheese toasted. When the it came to choosing my toppings. The sandwich maker started placing my toppings I asked for more onions bc I like lots of veggies. With a sarcastic and rude tone she responds im only allowed to give you enough toppings for a 6ins sub, what else do you wont on your sub. I politely hold up my first finger and say nothing else nevermind cancel my order and she responds with don't you ever come back here to this store. I start to leave and she repeatedly keeps saying I'm not allowed there. And I respond with WOW and walk out of the door. She was rude and disrespectful and should not be in customer service. I got there at 8:30 this evening and all the chairs were upside on the tables and all the food had lids on it as if they were closed. The young girl behind the counter very obviously was not happy about me being in there and gave me an attitude immediately. While I was placing my order another customer walked in and the girl sighed. Loudly. Then someone in the back turned half the lights off so I said "you are open until 9, correct?". To which she replied "yeah but we start early cuz we got stuff to do". I guess that explains why when I stopped here are few weeks ago at the same time the doors were locked and there was two young girls behind the counter closing up.
