Noodles and Company — Restaurant in York Township

I ordered from the York PA Noodles and Company at 2108 South Queen St on 8/27/2021 for an estimated pickup time of 5:35pm for curbside delivery. I arrived at the store around 5:37pm and parked in one of the curbside pickup spots and marked that I was there on the app. I waited around 15 minutes and called the store at 5:53PM and got no answer. I called again at 5:55PM and got someone in the store who told me the order would be out to the car as soon as it was done. I waited another 15 minutes and finally my girlfriend went into the store and found that our order had been done for over half an hour. I have ordered many times from this store in the past, but I expect a refund on this order. By the time we got the food it was very cold. If the person that answered the phone had simply checked, we could had come into the store and picked up the order rather than wait over half an hour past the expected pickup time. I contacted the store via the app the night of the order and have yet to hear anything in response. I talked to a few of the people waiting beside me in curbside pickup that night and they were having the same issue. UPDATE: Probably last time here. The Mediterranean salad had one piece of pasta, no joke. We essentially paid for a big bowl of lettuce everything else was very limited. What still gets me the most is one piece of pasta, I could go to salad works and get a better salad at least I'll have something other than just lettuce. Really disappointed if I wanted just lettuce I could've went to the grocery store paid half of that for the exact same thing half the price. This use to be one of our favorite places to eat. The also got rid of the shrimp scampi too. You are really killing me here. I guess this is the end of our relationship and we say goodbye. Older post: The food is good no complaints there. The staff is very nice. My only real issue is lately my order is NEVER correct. It's also disappointing when you call in and they are nice and will attempt to fix mistake, but it is still wrong. I'm not trying to mean I sure you but I'm hoping they can start getting it right. I went to a noodles place in Maryland awhile ago and was very pleased! However, the noodles in York is terrible! I went there with my father couple days ago and the messed up my order royaly. I cannot eat spicy foods it does not sit well with me. Ordered non spicy dish. When the brought it out they gave my dad my food and me his. (His was spicy) I didn't realize at first it was his. I went up and politely asked to just swap my dish for a different pasta. The lady I talked to made a huge stink and issue about it. So I said forget it. I went to sit down and she brings all the staff to my table to look at and check out my food. Deciding whether or not it's what I ordered. They didn't even know! Anyways, I was the one who came to conclusion our food was switched based on pictures on the menu. They ended up bringing me what I ordered but 30min later that happened. Very unhappy with service! Unprofessional, unwilling to work with customers, stubborn, and the cooks don't even know what the hell it is they are making!! Ex.
