My Icemake did not work when they brought it to me, the they came to pick it up after I told them not to, that I wanted it fixing in my home, because it was a brand new home and I didn't want any damage from them moving it. They said they can't do that. Well they came and got it and hit two walls and the front door trim and put a hole in it. The guy that picked it up said he doesn't really care because he's quitting Aaron's anyway. When they brought the ice box back two months later after calling them repeatedly to come fix our walls and check on the status , on when we were gonna get our Icebox back. With no results with the store manager, we had to get the district manager involved because nothing was being done. So we get it back I go to clean it before putting our food in it and a baby roach crawls out, so I call and one of the store associates take a message for the store manager to call me. I never got a call back. I had to end up calling the district manager again. So we have our icebox back at this time and the ice maker stops working the next day. They wanted to come get it again, after the messed the walls and trim up the first time. The district manager ended up calling a local repair guy out to our house to fix it. The manager ended up giving us two months with no payment, which why would we pay for something we didn't even have to use, so that was a given, and one payment off the end. Lol what a joke. Now they are harassing me about a payment that is a little overdue, and I told them I'd be in Thursday to pay it, and the store manager claims he needs to know if I get paid once a week or every two weeks, and he can't help me if I don't tell him! Lol This place is a joke. About a week ago I told them to pick the fridge up that we are moving and will not be needing it where we are going. I tell him I need to adjust my payment he says he needs to put me on hold to speak with Jim, I believe because it was muffled sounding, they then put me on hold, after 10 minutes on hold i drive up while still on hold, walk into the store there are 3 men sitting in the office in not one doing anything, one guy walking on the sales floor comes up and asks if he can help, I tell him I need to change pay my date, he explains he won't be able to, so I tell him then just come pick it all up, at that point he says he will make a note and someone in accounting will call, and I said I seriously doubt thought if staff can't even answer the phone, I'm sure they'll ignore me to, I asked the guy his name he said Z or Zeke, and left the store, service here is terrible, someonenamed Trevor called me about 30 minutes later and apologize for not answering the phone then stated he would note my account to adjust the pay date, I was very shirt in the phone with him because all of this could have been avoided I'd any one of the 3 men sitting in the office had answered the phone, part...
Read moreThis new GM is a joke, In December I had them move a bed set to my new apartment and one of the dressers were broken and since I’m still paying on it they replace what’s broken or fix it, so they took it to them, it was supposed to be ready in 2 weeks, in that 2 week period, I never got any calls or anything to keep me updated on the process, they were also supposed to get me 2 mattress splitters, I JUST GOT THEM A WEEK AGO, I got one last month in February but they “forget” they needed another, so when they stopped by to drop off the mattress splitters I asked the guys who were dropping it off about the dresser, IT WAS STILL ON THE TRUCK BROKEN and they informed me that the GM hasn’t even gotten the piece to fix it.
