Cookies were good but it wasn't what I ordered. I asked for birthday themed cookies in pastel girly colors. I got birthday themed cookies neon boy colors. I had my sister pick them up Saturday morning so I didn't realize they were wrong until she delivered them to my daughter's birthday on Sunday night. She was really upset about it. I left a one star based on calling them on Monday since they are closed Sunday and they acted like I had the cookies for 5 days and now just calling to complain. I guess they forgot other people pick up orders and that they are closed for business on Sundays. Saturday until Monday is 2 days not 5. I don't know how many times I told them my sister picked up the order and they kept telling me they showed me the cookies before I left. They did give me half my money back. They are not very good...

I have been puchasing cookies from this location for a few years now and have recieves nothing but the BEST customer Service and the BEST COOKIES EVER! All the complaints about poor customer service or product decorating is absurd! I live a 1.5 hours away and i can always call my order in a few days to a week in advance and my family who lives in Yukon can go pick up my order for our get together. I can even pay over the phone. I love this location (their customer service IS 5 STARS and their decorating is amazing!)and will continue to being my business here for our special events!! I highly recommend...

I have never been treated so disrespectfully. The workers were nice but when the manager came in he was rude. The cookies were what we did not ask for. They were only 2 colors instead of 3. We asked for sparkly sugar and did not get it. The boxes we asked for was not the ones we wanted and we almost didn’t have enough room to bring them all home. The work was just terrible and not finished. I spent $1800 on this, how am I supposed to sell these to people when they know what they are supposed...
