HERES WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE
The food obviously the same due to Sanders completly loosing rights to KFC and selling it off. The business who bought KFC changed recipes, and the secret seasoning no longer exists. Just look up the history. The food is decent and hot but you have to eat it fast as chicken cools off quick.
Sometimes it's messy but only 4-3 people work at a time (plus the cook) and they have to run A LOT at once. You do have waits but you're going to have to expect that sometimes. Sometimes from 5-20 minutes. Calling before hand ensures you'll get what you want. Its a small building with one cook and a small kitchen. They aren't making sandwiches, they have to actually cook things and renew the food so it doesn't get hard and gross.
I regularly come here and I've witnessed the worst customers. They complain about anything and are all around ignorant. Some ask what a meal contains AFTER ORDERING SOMETHING. Others complain about a deal not being there even though if they read, there's advertising all over the windows and store with the specials.Even on the website. People obviously can't read and give the people working here a hard time and every time I come here those employees are the sweetest but those horrible customers stress them out and drain their patience. For God's sake, Teens work here!! Have some decency.
It's a decent place on our Chicken Row but...
Read moreWe tried it again, hoping previous experiences were just fluke happenings on a bad day but no. I order for a family of 6. Typically, it's a pretty big order running upwards of $70.00. You'd think that customers who spend THAT much on a meal out would get some sort of extra care - I mean... at least get the order right. Make the chicken fresh - that's kinda what you do.
I opened the box of chicken tenders and they looked like they'd been sitting all day - withered and dark/dry. The sides were only half full and the Mac and cheese was dry and burnt in places. My husband couldn't even eat the chicken so he had biscuits and sides for dinner. My kids, who usually tear into chicken like it's the best thing they've ever eaten left over half of the food in the box because it was awful.
There were 3 people working that I could see. 1 on the drive thru, one putting food in boxes and another one I never saw but could hear. I'm not real sure who the manager is but they're doing a terrible job in the Yukon store. Maybe... just maybe focus on getting quality food out to your customers and you would have enough customers to actually get a few more employees to help run the place.
I honestly don't know how they're still open. I'm done spending money here. I'll spend a few extra dollars and go to Cains from now on. At least their...

9:12pm and you can NOT order chx tenders at all bc they do NOT have anymore for tonight. But they do not close until 11pm. I've worked here before along time ago. When customer service ment something. If we ran out of something we would call another store and borrow what we needed. We never ran out of the product that we displayed as For Sale. Plus you guys are competing with Raising Cane's, Popeyes, Chic fa lá and Chicken Express all on the same street.
1 year ago- I guess I should just go to corporate and order my food because all the answers I was given about why I was overcharged that's corporate you don't have coleslaw well that's corporate I've charged for that but you don't have it well that's corporate so corporate charged me and then also overcharged me so you can't fix it. Apparently there no offer to refund anything either even though it's there issue. Not corporate.
I won't use the app again either bc you said you were charging me one price of 37.54 and I got charged 45.04 on my card.
If your recalling the coleslaw you should take it off the menu I don't appreciate being charged for something your not even selling.
When throw your drive threw the other day. Y'all were out of charge tenders completely. Oh, but you still SELL coleslaw. Funny thing..customer...
