Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Yukon

Made an online order for delivery early in the morning with the expectation that it would be delivered between 1-4 pm that same day, per the confirmation email I had received. I called into the store around 3:45 to see the status of the order and that’s when I was notified the driver never came to the store to pick up my order, which is fine, but why was I never told this? The lady who assisted mentioned that she would get ahold of the driver & would call me back, which, never happened. I called back around 5:30 & they said their delivery window had closed & I had two options, 1 being a refund or I could get it in the morning. I told her I needed them by 8 am the next morning & would be unable to pick them up, which why I chose the delivery option to start with. To that, she told me she could have a driver deliver the cakes to me by 9 am, which I agreed upon. 9 am comes & goes, so I call again, and the associate mentioned that they do not deliver until 10 & could not confirm what time it would even be delivered, so I opted for picking them up. I did get a refund for the delivery fee, but received horrible customer throughout the many phone calls & different individuals working there. I received one poor excuse “I’m sorry”, but the two ladies working this morning, had no care & dismissive. By far the worst...

My girlfriend already half way ate the cake before I could take a picture for the review it was so yummy! She got the limited strawberries and cream flavor while I got the snickerdoodle. I've gotten Nothing Bundt Cakes many times and each time they knock it out of the park with a consistent flavor that sends wonderful explosions along your taste buds. The cake is moist and the home made cream cheese frosting is to die for.

The service at this store was wonderful! We walked in and immediately a girl from behind the counter smiled and walked out to help us pick our flavors. After we were helped, she pleasantly rung us up and even threw in a BOGO coupon for next time. She handed over the bag with a smile and told us to have a delicious day. 10/10. We were in and out in about 5ish minutes....

Wow, worst Nothing Bundt cake I have ever had (I should have paid attention to the 3.8 rating). We travel a lot so I have eaten a lot of these bundt cakes but this location is not up to the standards of the franchise. I always order the raspberry white-chocolate (see photos). The cake had a tiny amount of raspberry off to the side and the least amount of icing on any bundt cake I have ever seen. Overall the dryness of the cakes (the other was chocolate) makes this location a hard PASS. I think the photos I took say it all. I’m glad I don’t live near this location.
