Read moreWent for a sweet treat with my friend, got there at like 8:30 pm and ordered. Waited for our Blizzards for 20 minutes, (it was busy) the expo lady, kinda old, long blond-ish brown hair that was ALL up in her face as she was handing out food and ice cream, gave out my friend's order to someone else and got multiple people's orders mixed up. There are kids screaming and we waited 10 more minutes before we went up there and asked about the other Blizzard. They were never making it, the receipt was pinned to the wall and the expo lady was frequently checking them too. After we asked about the Blizzard, only then did the lady tell them to make it. I got 2 MELTING Blizzards in my hands, melting down and falling on the floor. Needed a lid for one of them and it spilled everywhere, then had to clean off the cup. My friend finally got her order and she expressed that she was upset about it and the expo lady didn't even apologize, she only moved on in a rush. I left pissed off for being there for almost an hour, sticky hands and cup, melted icecream, and no one batted an eye. This was the first time I went in the establishment too, I usually go through the drive-thru, never again...
Read moreI love DQ and usually go up to the one in north okc; quick to get hot food and frozen blizzards out and the only complaint is they can't keep mayonnaise packets in, but they fill a cup for me. I went to this DQ because it was near me and I wanted lunch. Blizzards came out fast, but after waiting for twenty minutes, we didn't have our food. When we asked, they said it would be right out. Ten more minutes passed. We come up to ask for a refund because no one has checked on us and no one has brought us food. They denied our refund and promised us we would have our food in five minutes. Low and behold, five minutes later, we had food to go and two free blizzard coupons. It doesn't stop there. We ordered a 1/3lb burger and a crispy chicken sandwich. What we got was a single patty cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard and another single patty burger with nothing but meat and bread. The fries were cold too. The cashier took our receipt so we couldn't even do the survey because that required a 19 digit code to get into. Never going back here. I'll make the drive to a better put...
