Chicken Express — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

If I could give negative stars I would. I arrived shortly before closing. I normally would not do this but I had just got back in town from a family trip and there was no food in the house. I placed a mixed order of chicken for my family. I was made aware by the manager on duty after the order was placed while I was waiting that they were out of tenders and would we accept a substation for regular chicken. After agreeing and getting our order I checked it in the car. They gave me fewer pieces of chicken then ordered and they were all small wings and thighs(not close to the size of tenders). I knocked on the door and spoke to the manager on duty again and showed him what was given to me. He responds "Well tenders are more money". I'm not really sure what that has to do with anything but I walked back to my car to get the rest of my order for a refund. 3 employees inside looked at me would not answer the door so I could get a refund. I had to pull up to the drive through and wave my receipt at another employee to get assistance for a refund. As a business owner I would want to know of the situation. You have lost me as a customer. I hope that someone of importance sees this and address the issue so you don't continue...

Came in this morning about 20 minutes after they opened. The men's bathroom was disgusting. The toilet was so filthy that I didn't even want to touch the seat to lift it to pee. There weren't even any paper towels to try to clean it myself. I suppose I could have just "went" on the seat but I'm not that rude. I would think that the bathrooms would have been cleaned either after they closed the night before or first thing in the morning before they opened. Apparently cleanliness isn't a priority here. Although I was pretty grossed out, my wife had already ordered our food by the time I came out of the bathroom. The chicken was hot and tasted pretty fresh. The fried pickles were way too salty though. I really like CE usually but the lack of cleanliness is a pretty big deal to me. Even some of the tables needed to be wiped down. I visited Chicken Express at 12900 NW 10th St, Yukon, OK 73099 and opted for the drive-through to order eight pieces of chicken, specifically requesting them fresh. Although initially informed that some chicken had just come out of the fryer, I asked for a freshly made batch and agreed to wait the required 16 minutes. My wait extended to 20 minutes, during which I observed the staff cleaning at around 9:02 PM.

Unfortunately, it seemed my order was momentarily forgotten as I watched the employees serve themselves from the batch of chicken I was waiting for. When one employee noticed me still waiting, he quickly approached to assure me that my order would be ready shortly. However, it was disappointing to see him start packing my order with the same chicken that had been sitting out after the staff had taken their share.
