I’m not usually a review person, but the women at the Yukon, Oklahoma location deserve recognition for their superb customer service! After avoiding this location for many years due to rude employees, I needed to go there to pick up an item I ordered online. I was dreading it, as the old staff would act like it was such a hassle to retrieve my order from the storage room. To my surprise, I was pleasantly greeted and helped by the new manager who has done a complete overhaul including hiring new personnel for the store. Finding out she’s rather new, I explained how I had been treated in the past and was so relieved to see better management had taken over. I cannot even describe the difference between my old visits and this one! I’ve been ordering online for years just to avoid the rude comments and behaviors from the old staff, or driving out of my way to a different location to shop. I’m very happy and excited that I can now go back to the store closest to me! I’ll be there all the time now. Hopefully Kirklands corporate will see this eventually and know that they have a really good team here...

Really nice service! I beat every time u go in there there will be at least 1 good deal! If u buy anything and it's your 1at time there they will ask if u want to be part at every discount and how u do that is u give them your email and whenever there is a good discount you can come back whenever you want! But one thing about every discount is that they expire😫! Anyways it is a awesome place! (Not pet friendly...

Overly expensive cheap crap. They charge way too much for the crap they sell. I bought a photo frame, and the thing was literally just cheap plastic, foam, and cardboard. The corners (which had been protected by cardboard pieces) had been cracked. Removing the protectors made the frame literally disintegrate in my hands.
