I generally shop at the zanesville location pretty regularly. It’s always clean or more organized than other locations (sawmill , st. Clairsville). At one point I even worked with goodwill at Gabe’s to help others learn job skills . I receive the emails stack up my points and enjoy the 5 off 25 if not more at times . This past holiday season I put in a layaway for the first time ever . I never had anything negative to say until now . I had a family emergency the day of pick up and was unable to pick up. I went the very next day and was told I can’t receive a refund for my layaway deposit . The manager at the time was very rude explaining how deadlines work but didn’t care that I had personal issues that kept me from meeting deadlines . All I asked for was my deposit. I was given an 800 number to call and was sent to voicemail. Not only have I not shopped there anymore I also never received a refund a call back nor an email . Maybe this company isn’t being ran by real...

It's a big store with really cool clothes and stuff that are cheaper than pretty much every where else. It sells some name brand stuff for cheap also. Just be careful and check the products carefully as somebody told me the products may have defects. I bought a good looking winter jacket and later discovered it had a rip, but other than that, most of the stuff I bought was not defective at all. In my experience mostly everything I bought was fine but I still check for defects. The prices are awesome though and I really like Gabe's.
