UPDATE... 3RD chance to chipotle, for nothing to be more upset. Made the order online for the quesadillas that Im not able to order at the line for whatever reason, it is supposed to be ready by 8:50pm, arrived at the restaurant at 8:45, made the rest of our order in person, (had to pay for extra meet because now there are portions) and let them know I have 2 orders of quesadillas I've placed online, the cashier go check and said they are preparing it. I sat and waited about 10 minutes, went and ask again the cashier he said they are bagging it, waited right on front of him, waited like 5 more minutes right on front of him and asked again, are my quesadillas ready? Why haven't they give them to me, he said they are bagging them. Now I see the cashier doesnt know what he's doing, so i asked the lady at the line who the manager was, she didn't know, and asked the lady cutting meats behind her and she said it was her, she came to me with an attitude, I let her know we have been waiting for an online order thats been ready sitting at the table and No one has give it to us, she went found them and handle it to me, no apologies, no gesture no professionalism. Well have to mention the "manager" is singing all loud while the line is full with her earphones on when we arrived. Not to mention the serving line was filty, trash cans were full, and there was nothing but a bit of lemonade in the fresh aguas jars. I'll give zero stars to management. (I have pics I hope I can upload) I contacted the owner on my first review, doesn't seem like they care about their poor staff, nothing have changed. Bunch of new employees there but if management is unprofessional unfortunately their staff will not satisfy the customers expectations.
Gave chipotle a second chance after the first issue, manager even kicked me out of there. 3:30 pm and most trays were empty, pinto beans were super dry and only 3 employees working. Wanted 2 chicken quesadillas, the employee ask if i wanted kids quesadillas, I said no, regular quesadillas, and was told I couldn't order in person I needed to order online, he said I can make the kids quesadillas but not regular ones... why would I show up to a place to have to order online??? Does that even makes sense????Very disappointed. Never ever trying the Zephyrhills...
Read moreUPDATE: The last two times I went here for a vegetable salad bowl-think that's what they call it, the brown rice was overcooked. Both times I bit down and thought I crunched on the avocado pit. On June 11, 2023, again, the brown rice was not cooked properly and several times I spit out a hard piece of rice. Now I wish I took pictures.
This is the last time I will be eating here. Floor was in need of sweeping and mopping, along with dirty tables and trash.
EARLIER: Not a fancy place, always busy at lunch time. They could keep the tables clean. Not that bad or I would not go there, or just walk out. Bathrooms decent also. I'm pretty picky.
The only (fast food) place I eat at. This last visit, the servers were more chatty amongst themselves, so when I needed to pay, I finally said, "excuse me, can I pay"?
The last three times they were generous in their servings. Prior, they had one girl that was chensey on the servings, so I stopped going for awhile.
Otherwise, they are very customer service, willing to answer questions, while working at a fast pace. Always willing to satisfy the customer. I have food allergies and at the beginning, they gave me a sample cup or small portion on the side, so I could see if I could tolerate it. They ask before serving, and I always tell them not so much, except the lettuce. That's is a big plus, some places (or maybe I just got the wrong person) are not so willing or generous. Plus, I make sure they're not too busy when I go.
Oh, for some reason, they don't have salt, or only one, and usually at someone's table, so I have to look for it, or ask at the counter!! Price is great, they're generous, and eager to you the size portion...
Read moreHighly disappointed in this store. I waited for months before leaving a review as this store is fairly new. But I've gone atleast 4-5 times and every time I go, they get something wrong. Either items out of stock, or not being cooked. Which I get, the economy isn't the greatest. So i decide to give another shot because all other locations ive visited have everything i want, and portions are amazing. Flavor is there! Well today, I placed an online order through the app. Pick up time was 4:10pm. I waited in drive through line for 30 mins, then decided to go inside to find out they are severely understaffed. The cashier was extremely rude when I asked where my order was, keep in mind I asked about 45 mins after my scheduled pick up time. I'm patient and already payed at that point, so I waited. Got home with my food. And the rice is completely mush, no lime/cilantro flavor, half of the items I ordered in my bowl, not in it. Then find a half of an avocado in my large order of Guac, obviously avocado is the main ingredient but it is like they ran out and added the half of avocado to make up the difference. A large order of Guac is close to $7, I could have asked for a side of avocado for cheaper if that is what I wanted. Corporate seriously needs to rethink the leadership at this facility. If you know your staff is understaffed, then you should be in there...
