ok....a few different encounters here. two different times we went through the drive through at this mcdonalds. service was alright, but each time they got the order wrong. Then we come to today, where i decided i was gonna go INSIDE to get my food this time instead of through the drive through. Theres not a single competent person working there, i swear. the manager that was working there today was VERY disrespectful to the customer in front of me, as well as getting his order wrong (of course, because noone knows how to read and follow a reciept, right?? not like its an easy task to accomplish.) Then, he proceeded to disrespect me TWICE in the span of five minutes. The first bit wasnt that bad, but then as i was watching inside where they were working (VERY clear visual area) the kid manager turned to one of their employees and said "i really hate it when people look in here at us", probably thinking i couldnt hear him, or maybe he didnt care. At that point it toook EVERY ONCE of my patience to not jump the counter, and run in that kitchen and knock some sense into that disrespectful child who needs to learn to keep his mouth shut. Read moreOrdered from the kiosk this evening. Sat at table with number displayed on edge. Only two others in lobby waiting for their orders as well. 20 minutes goes by no one came out to even check on the lobby. The teenager that ordered before me stood at the counter for 10 minutes after sitting for 10 and still no one looked towards the counter to notice him. I approached the counter, stepped between the displays and called out for help. No manager in sight... Staff chilling around the corner having a good time talking about whatever. I didn't get his name, but the ONLY one who stepped up was a young black man who was working the grill. He came out and seemed just as curious as we were. He immediately prepared the other customers orders and then did his best to make mine as fast as possible. He showed some initiative and a lot of effort. Noticed the manager (glasses/combover) finally appeared in the grill area and never stepped foot out after. We watched the "kids" telling him what had happened and he chuckled. I come here frequently and usually see him sitting in the lobby playing with his phone. If he worked at my restaurant he wouldn't be there very long.. For a newer store this is a lazy ass let down. Read moreThey gave out books of coupons at the grand opening, every single time we go to redeem a coupon the rules of said coupons change, or we get to the second window to get our food and no one is there. The dates on the first set of coupons were different on the back and the front of the coupon, as a consumer we looked at the dates on the front, got to the first window, handed them the coupon, nope we gotta go by the date on the back, are you kidding me!? YOU HANDED OUT THE COUPONS! It's not some random piece of paper. The first few times we redeemed a coupon we ordered a medium Mocha Frappe, fine no problem, a few weeks later nope there's a upcharge, which would have been fine had we been told 3 weeks ago! And the kicker is that when you bring up an issue they act like you're the problem, and get an attitude with you! Dude I'm just trying to tell you how to do your damn job!! Get it together!
