This is one of those special restaurants that, once discovered, will become your favorite place in town. Discretely located off of Isahakyan near the Cascade, Gustav is approachable, friendly, and familiar, but exudes enough class to make it a special restaurant regardless of the occasion. An excellent wine list and pitch perfect craft cocktails complement modern French cuisine in a handsome setting. Classics such as steak tartare, French onion soup, and steak frites are handled flawlessly. The salads are bursting with flavor so don’t sleep on them.
