Black Angus — Restaurant in Yerevan

First came here in April of 2023, and had a great experience,burgers had tasted gourmet. Fast forward to July 2023 and the service was lousy , burgers were worse than horrible - I’ve had better burgers back in Los Angeles at Carl’s Jr …my wife and I ordered the Angus Double Cheese Burgers, expecting the same flavor as from our last visit, but the burgers were poorly made..flavor was off..we then realized that we had been served the mediocre Beef patty option yet charged for the Angus patty, which was what gave its gourmet flavor . Also despite the scorching heat, the establishment had the windows open without any Air Conditioning , we couldn’t catch our breath because it was so hot and stuffy - it was literally so hot I couldn’t consume my food. Do better, that is if you in fact care about your business. Some places have consistent great food and service. They never change. And guess what, people always go there and reviews...

If you like burgers - this is the place to stop by! Great place for burger - meat was fresh, nicely cooked, and perfectly served, The place has nice atmosphere, with a central location. The service is nice. They have a nice selection of beer and other drinks. I visited this place once with family and several times ith friends and alone - and every time left with satifcation. They know hos to make perfect burgers, and how to serve it. 10 out of 10!
