Square One — Restaurant in Yerevan

I ordered a steak for dinner and the waiter wrote down something else. They brought the food which was wrong and I told them what I ordered so they apologized and said we will have the food within 10-15 minutes. So I waited again and this time they brought my food to the person sitting besides me and I felt that it was not what they ordered but it would be wrong to say anything because maybe they ordered the same food. At the end they brought the food that the person ordered beside me to me. This is terrible service as I waited over an hour to eat and at the end when I talked to the manager, it turns out they canceled my order. The staff is irresponsible and the manager gives an attitude saying we apologized for the mix up. What would you do in my shoes? They wasted my time and energy do not respect their clients. I wouldn’t recommend foreigners to come here as they might rip you off let...

We ordered a steak. The waiter brought in french fries instead. Then he apologized and went to bring the steak. After a while another waiter came with the steak and… gave it to the people that had arrived only 5 mins ago. Then a third waiter came bringing a sandwich and asked if we ordered it we said no, we ordered the steak, she went. Then we went to the manager hoping for better service and guess what the manager did, right he gave an attitude saying “I already said we were sorry, now do you want the steak or no”…. as pf all of these was not enough he checked and found out that the steak order was cancelled. He promised the steak would be in 5 mins which of course was NOT TRUE and we left loosing our time, money (also for the french fries that we didn’t order) and the good mood and without having our favorite steak....

I ordered the Philadelphia Steak Sandwich and had it delivered by Menu.am. This venue smothered the sandwich with a sweet red sauce that was never listed in the ingredients on Menu.am. Also, there no Philly Steak Sandwiches are made with any red sauce. This sauce was disguisting and ruined my sandwich. I called Menu.am and they contacted the restaurant. The restaurant did not offer to fix anything, and, instead blamed me for not closely inspecting the tiny picture to pretty much guess that they add that "secret sauce." That makes their customer service a 0 in my book. So to anyone looking for an authentic Cheesesteak sandwich, this place is a total fail. Not sure about other things on their menu, but, I don't like bad surprises...
