I recently had the pleasure of dining at Betty's Burgers, and it was truly a delightful experience. The friendly service and delicious food earned this establishment a well-deserved 5-star rating in my book.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff, led by the wonderful Odette, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Odette's friendly demeanor and attentive service added a personal touch to my dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the food. Betty's Burgers truly knows how to satisfy a burger craving. The menu offered a variety of mouthwatering options, and I decided to try their signature burger. The combination of fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked patties resulted in a flavor explosion that left me thoroughly impressed.

The attention to detail in each dish showcased the commitment to quality at Betty's Burgers. The burgers were not only delicious but also aesthetically pleasing. It's evident that the chefs take pride in their craft, and it truly translates into the final product.

The ambiance of the restaurant was lively yet cozy, making it an ideal spot for a casual meal with friends or family. The clean and modern decor added to the overall positive dining experience.

In conclusion, Betty's Burgers, with Odette leading the charge, exceeded my expectations in both service and food quality. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone craving a top-notch burger experience. My visit was nothing short of excellent, and I will undoubtedly be returning to Betty's Burgers for more culinary delights...

On the way to Palace Eastend Cinema, quick bite, dropped into Betty's, busy Saturday night. Had fried mushroom burger, side of small chips and Betty's special sauce. Burger was quite OK but quite small and simple, little lettuce, one slice of half ripened tomato and a nice sauce with it, special dipping sauce for fries OK too, however, very much let down by the almost stone cold , limp, non-uniform fries. Let the whole meal down. If I had more time I would have taken them back. Betty's please don't let yourself down. Put someone on the pass please 😁 if you know what I mean. Shrooms burger $14 (top dollar for a very simple burger), small chips $5, dipping sauce $2. $21 all up. Overall, not good value for money. I won't be rushing back there anytime soon. Too many very good burger joints in Adelaide atm. Please refer to some of my other burger joint reviews if you like.

P.S. thanks Betty's for your generic response below. I had actually sent a copy of this review to your email address below when I first posted this review before your generic response. I will be eagerly awaiting your email response. My reviews are meant as congratulations, encouragement for a great effort and/or constructive criticism in order to help your business improve and align in the marketplace and also, primarily to assist customers in choosing value for money products and services. Thankyou.

P.P.S To Betty's credit, a representative has responded to my email. Thank you Betty's. I will come back and try your...

Food:The burgers were really good, and so were the onion rings. The fries, however, were a bit floppy and oily. Efficiency and Customer Service: We asked for our concrete (ice cream) to be served after the meal, had to wait for over half hour even after being reminded that we were ready for them, only to be told they ran out of vanilla ice cream. When they finally arrived, one cup was noticeable more hollow than the other serves. That was then I finally made a complaint to the manager (I didn't say anything before because I was out with 5 teenaged kids and didn't want to ruin the day)who then said we ordered a build-your-own hence it was smaller. I then said it does not say anywhere in the menu that that's what it would look like. I must've looked really annoyed as the manager finally offered a half-hearted apology as well as a refund. Dining Experience: Although the place looked really nice, the ambiance felt rushed and the meal process was not very efficient. Everything was disposable and felt more like fast food restaurant, rather than a milkshake and burger diner one. Also, the concrete servings were noticeably less full in the cup as compared to the photos they put up in their FB or IG accounts so I found it was really misleading.

All in all, won't probably be back. There are other burger places in the city that offers a more pleasant, genuine, and relaxed dining experience. If I wanted fast food experience I could've gone to other franchises at 1/4 the...
