Bonobo is by far one of the best coffee places I’ve been to during my very short time living here in the Adelaide CBD. Their coffee is spot on! I personally love love love the Almond Milk Flat White they serve. (Or as I would say… I’m hooked to it😏) What draws me to Bonobo however is not just the AMAZING coffee they serve, but the overall vibe of the place, the extremely friendly business owner and staff who go out of their way to bring a smile and a happy heart to their customers! Hats off to the amazing team at Bonobo! You guys are absolutely amazing! Thank You! & Cheers!

As a Melbourne native, I arrived with high expectations, given the cafe's impressive ratings. While the decor wasn't as upscale as I anticipated, the emphasis on quality and service was evident. The staff were incredibly friendly and delightful to interact with, making the experience very pleasant. Although the ambiance could use some improvement and the food menu could benefit from more options, the coffee was a standout. It was exceptionally smooth, with no unpleasant aftertaste, which I usually dislike. Overall, a great find.

Bonobo is my go-to morning coffee place since I started working in the city. There are a lot of other places to buy coffee in the area but I refuse to go anywhere else. The owner is so friendly and lovely and makes a fantastic coffee. You can tell he really cares about his customers! Alt milks and syrups available as well as small eats. I also love the option to buy a coffee to pay it forward to someone else. Support this small business!!

Walked in, grabbed a double espresso for takeaway (should've gone for a single seeing as their standard is double (as it should be but do many places do otherwise)). The male barista rinds me of Jojo Mayer (the drummer). Staff are very friendly, even for the couple minutes I was there (would've sat down if I didn't have class to attend).

Anyways, the coffee; good. Very good actually. No unwanted flavours/textures. Whichever blend they are using, its definitely a lighter roast that's quite subtle. Barely any coffee breath, which is a big plus. To double check I just took another sip. It has since cooled down heaps, yet it still isn't bad (yes I've just said stale/cold espresso isn't bad, but seriously, like I've had much worse fresh espressos). Summarising... I reckon I'll be back with friends

Keep up...

I'd give a 3.5 overall if I could, but...

When you're inner city, a rating of 4.8 (current rating) really carries weight. The coffee should be absolutely on point. The food, sublime. The atmosphere, great and the service top tier.

I've been here a few times over the years and I think the food and coffee has progressively dropped. Decent beans, a decent machine, but scalding hot and a foamy head on the latte that had separated into hot milk and foam - little genuine microfoam.

The food is fine - and to be honest, really good for th price in the centre of the city - but that's only because inner city food is so hellishly priced. I'd easily make a better toasty at home on a kmart sandwich press.

I'd go if someone else chose it, but wouldn't choose it again with the comparable options in...

Today I handed in my resume an actually met Derek the founder of this Prestigious cafe that's well known for its particularly fantastic coffee. The barista there was so nice an Derek took the time to come an actually speak to me. Very positive peaceful vibe. Perfect stop off get your coffee. Unlike other coffee shops where your just a number they treat each an every customer with the same attentive service. Hope to hear back but I may not be good enough for this cafe. From aord of mouth from friends that frequent there you get more than what you pay for here an he's bought a the flavours of his home town into the cafe. Great vibe great people. I was so nervous he's but of a barista hero but I'll continue to get my coffee there....
