I have to say I am not one for complaining - I prefer to just never go back and tell family and friends but I have made an exception under these circumstances. This meal cost a total of $81 (I used an EatClub 30% off voucher which came off this total but this wasn’t discussed until after I picked up the food). It was very tasty and I have to say well done to the chef for creating these dishes. That is, unfortunately, the only positive I can give. I ordered over the phone and all seemed good, when I arrived to pickup the food it was brought across to me and I displayed my EatClub voucher (which had, by the time I arrived, expired however it has been ordered before the expiry time). The lady said she would accept it and the guy working behind the bar said you’re lucky we’re going to disable that now because it’s meant for eat in not take away (even though I chose specifically take away). The bag looked small and when I returned home my wife asked if that’s all there was. After opening it up, you will see from the photos, that is where the problem really started - the amount of food provided for the money is absolutely atrocious - I’m sure you’d agree? I called up to check if we had missed a bag and he informed me that’s all that came without order. After checking the menu I realised this wasn’t correct. I’m sorry to have to post this, local business needs our support, especially at the moment but this amount of food (especially the $40 share platter) is completely shocking.

Food was over priced for the serving size that it is, considering the flavours were hit and miss. No where near enough pita for the dips. The crispy pork belly wasn't crispy either- the meat was cooked nicely, but the fat wasn't crispy at all, and had that weird chewy texture, and looks like it was flash fried. If the flavours were out of this world I could understand... But we had better food at Brunelli's last week. Service was friendly enough. Wouldn't go back when there's so much else on offer in Glenelg.

EUROPA AT THE BAY coffee was on point, I had a long black with a dash of nut milk - my staple I ordered a piece of gluten free toast with poached eggs, spinach and avocado - all up $28.00 which I thought was ok the expensive side ( it was Good Friday which included 15% surcharge ) the eggs were cooked perfect 👌🏾 The spinach was full of butter which I was not a fan of. Overall not bad Great atmosphere and the service was super quick My mate ordered pancakes with a banana milkshake which looked ok

Three of us went for breakfast today. The lady serving us was friendly and polite but really didn't understand English very well. I told her we would all be having Eggs Benny. She needed to clarify what Eggs Benny was on the menu. We also ordered a drink each which came out soon after.

We waited about 30 mins when a meal arrived. The waitress (a different one to the order taker) asked who the Eggs Benedict was for and I said we were all having the same. She gave me a confused look and walked away. We assumed the other meals would be coming soon after, but thought it was weird she only carried one plate from the kitchen.

After another 5 mins we flagged down the original waitress who confirmed we had only ordered one Eggs Bendict! (who assumes that 3 people are going to share when you say 'we would all like the Eggs Benedict'. At least clarify before making that assumption! ).

We waited another 20 mins for the two additional meals. At over $100 it wasnt the pleasant dining experience we...

I can not believe how bad the food was. Besides the long wait and constant excuses made by staff I was totally taken by the rudeness of management. I simply explained our disappointment with the food to which management replied we were lucky to have been accommodated with seating! My reply was , I wish he hadn't as I would have saved $272 on bad food. The pork belly has no crunch, the chicken was dry and what should been a simple dish of brushetta turned out the be a thick piece of a door stopper with unriped tomatoes and no seasoning. The place obviously can not cope with what many other restaurants can, full house! To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I used to enjoy this place, sadly no more. Save your money people or just keep your expectations...
