Was served quickly, by a friendly man, ordered a sausage roll and almond milk Cappuccino. Went to the next counter to ask a staff member if she would have someone clean the table down - her word to me were ‘what do you want … today!’ Not nice as they were snapped at me. I waited longer, but I didn’t mind that, however, my heated sausage roll sat on counter for quite some going cold and being leaned over and breathed on, when I was called, I had to ask a second time for the table to be cleaned and then had to sit holding he coffee and the plate in each hand while waiting.

Trust me Luke warm ‘sausage’ roll, which tasted like stuffing inside greasy puff pastry is not very pleasant.

I went there today for the first time and got a ham and cheese toastie + a latte. Staff was very kind, no problem at all with that and prices looks fair to me. What's wrong, in my opinion, is the menu, which do not includes the ingredients used for the food. Asking for a ham and cheese toastie, I thought I would have get a bread with ham and cheese inside... While it had a weird, sweet sauce as well which personally I didn't like so much. The latte was a little bit bitter, but nothing that can't be fixed with 2 sugar sachets, so, nothing to complain about this. In conclusion, it's a good place, but be aware that you might need to ask first for the ingredients if you don't want to...

My wife and I went to Gloria Jeans for a little bit to eat and a coffee whilst shopping. I haven't been for years and will never return. The croissants we ordered were warmed in the microwave for maybe 20 seconds and the ham and cheese still cold. Also it was served with plastic plates and forks. The coffee is called out rather than delivered. It is no wonder places like CIBO have cornered the market as the customer service didn't redeem any of these qualities either with the girls behind the counter too busy chatting to actually ask you about your day or walk the floor. The price was about $23 for a couple of small coffees and 2 croissants. Overall bitterly...
