Would have loved to give 5 stars as I’m a big fan of you guys but this experience wasn’t the best. After waiting for over half an hour and asked twice where my order was and kept being told it’s a few minutes away from FOH, she clearly didn’t ask back of house where my order was the first few times, I felt I was ignored as I kept waiting.. finally asked her for the third time (ordered online for pick up) unusual when the app tells me it’s ready, I could tell BOH staff were talking amongst each other/ got distracted and clearly gave my order out to the wrong person as the person who was supposed to cook my pasta told the girl he had already done my order but didn’t.. couldn’t wait any longer as had to leave and felt service wasn’t great. Went for an evening walk ( big mistake jetty road smells amazing at dinner time!!!) randomly stopped to get some dinner; the service was exceptional I was served right away by the most amazingly friendly staff

The chefs at the back were buried under dockets but were still dancing and having a great time, with how busy it was the food came out relatively fast. I also ordered some garlic bread It wasn’t the warmest but 2 min in the air fryer fixed that in no time!!

The music was a little loud ( but so was every other restaurant’s down the street) Considering I usually walk at 6 in the morning not 7 at night maybe I’m just not used to it. Overall experience was amazing they even have a loyalty card!! Love it !! Keep those staff around they are...

The Rose Vegetarian penne was delicious! Well worth the try, it had lots of sauce and had a great taste to it. The garlic bread was good, possible could be toasted just a little longer. I was keen to try after getting the voucher offer in the Jetty Road magazine. What a great way to get people in the door. Only thing lacking… the service :( The lady serving seemed very efficient and it was busy so she was keeping on top of the orders however her service lacked any warmth, let alone friendly smile. As a first time visitor it’s not the service that would bring me back sadly. Perhaps something to cover in the front counter training as I wasn’t the only one...
