Saw this place had a rating of 4.9 and thought it would definitely be worth trying. Sadly, we were disappointed. The Vittoria coffee is average. If you're going to be a 4.9 cafe, your coffee needs to be amazing. It's not. Ordered smashed avo with poached eggs, and the eggs were over cooked and the avo needed more lemon juice. Also ordered an omelette which was rubbery and looked more like a pizza than an omelette. Others said the service was great, and while I'm sure the staff are nice, nobody came to see if I wanted a second coffee or check if everything was ok, so I wouldn't say the service is amazing. There are better places in Glenelg - set your expectations for this place at a 3 and you might not be...

Terrible food and service, establishment wasn't busy, they forgot to make the 3rd meal of the table even after adding to that order shortly after ordering.

Eggs benne- just don't even bother, cold eggs, fridge cold hollandaise, and cold untoasted bread.

Clearly no cooks or chefs work here, I'm shocked by the good reviews... maybe locals are okay with bad quality?

Awful experience, customer service is terrible, she tap my card without my knowledge and lied to me to my face.
