Like all dominos stores, the pizza is mediocre with moments of excellence and disappointment. The staff are something else, they are consistently miserable, as if they have been fired from every other job they have ever had, and now recognise on a moment by moment basis that their batchelor of arts degree was time better spent in med school. The manager is the worst, and appears to instigate the misery, I can tell because of the way he speaks to them without any regard for their iminent suicide. I find the way he conducts himself with customers almost endearing, though, because even though he has an entire staff of children and uni dropouts to manage he still finds the energy to loathe his customers. I especially like the way he greets you, after you wait patiently at the counter without making a fuss, with a short obnoxious greeting that doesnt even try to seem welcoming, and then fetches your rancid pizza from the shelf with body language that conveys disgust and contempt for you.
None of this matters though, because even after reading this you will still order a pizza. I keep doing it. Sure, there are other pizza places in my area, but I am affraid of change. They have all the pizza's, we want them and dont...

Unfortunately rating of 1 is very generous, can't enter a MINUS 10. Don't ever order at this location or ever at dominos. The worst service and rude staff ever encountered. I ordered online and I was told it was going to take 90 minutes (because of the state of origin), the high volume of orders and not having enough people working. As a customer - that is NOT MY problem. The owner should consider if this is the right business for him/her as it won't last long with all the recent negative feedback posted. Manager and staff are rude and unhelpful - just full of excuses. I guess it's a reflection on the leader/owner of the store. Getting a refund is like pulling teeth (I was told 4-5 days - what a big joke).
TIP: When a customer is not satisfied with your service and the quality of your food, best to refund their money ASAP rather than making up more excuses and not taking accountability. No one cares specially if you don't treat them...
Read moreDominos new farm are a joke , ordered online and requested change for a 50. Order showed up but had no change. Said he would go back to store to get my change and come straight back, didn't come back so called after an hour, was asked what "my problem " was by the so called rude manager and after explaining several times was told my change will be brought out to me within an hour.
Not being good enough as it was late at this stage I went upto the store to get it, defeating the purpose of delivery in the first place. when I arrived there I wasn't approached by the manager or anyone , just handed my change by the staff who then walked off.
Have emailed dominos several times about this piss poor customer service and have got nothing back.
