UPDATE: This place gets worse.

Now I know why it’s the worst Domino’s in Australia.

[Hint: It’s the owner.]

I made the mistake of trying to order from this catastrophe of a Domino’s. First was the week it opened... Took me 8 months to get courage to try again.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

After dealing with the usual delivery driver shenanigans—pretending the gate won’t open or wanting to hand the food through the car window—I wasn’t surprised. Annoying? Yes. Unexpected? No.

Then... the order was wrong.

Buzz... Call the store.

I spoke to a lovely chap who actually gave great service recovery. Offered to fix it straight away—no drama. We agreed on a solution (wish I remembered his name!) and I was impressed.

Things were looking up! Maybe this Domino’s had turned a new leaf? Mistakes happen, but good service recovery is the secret sauce.

Alas, no.

About 15–20 minutes later, the owner calls me. Wants to “discuss” what was wrong with the order.

At first, I thought—wow—maybe they’re serious about fixing issues. Maybe we’ll finally have a decent Domino’s in the area again.

Spoiler alert: Nope.

His call wasn’t to apologise or confirm the fix. It was to question what was wrong with the order again and try to renegotiate the remedy already offered and accepted.

He spent the call downplaying the issue, trying to shave a few dollars off the fix like he was bargaining at a market stall.

And then—after wasting my time while I’m at an event—he finally acknowledges the mistake. But instead of sorting it out, he says:

“Oh, so I can put that order through now.”

What?!

Wasn’t this already done 20 minutes ago? You know—when the rest of the food was arriving, and the other guests were eating? We thought the fixed order was on its way, but nope.

Turns out, the owner had decided to hold back the fix promised by his manager until he was personally satisfied he’d saved a few bucks.

I’ve never seen a junior staff member try so hard to save a business from an owner who’s actively running it into the ground.

So I told him to jam it and hung up.

Life’s too short for bad pizza, but I’ll be damned if I waste another second on the phone with someone who shouldn’t be allowed near a Domino’s uniform.

And that, my friends, is why this Domino’s sucks.

Original Post:

This is now the default Domino’s for my area—and it’s bad.

The New Farm Domino’s (my previous store before this hellhole opened) was so much better and I would order weekly. Normally, I take Domino’s for what it is—fast food pizza, like McDonald’s or American-style junk food—but this? This is poor quality and even worse service.

The delivery drivers can’t be bothered to buzz, let alone find the door. The pizzas are poorly topped, badly cut, and sometimes just plain wrong.

One pizza was completely wrong.

The only real opportunity here is for an alternative to come in and compete—because this...

I am absolutely outraged by the experience I had at your Domino’s branch. I ordered a vegetarian pizza, expecting to receive a meal that aligns with my dietary choices. However, while waiting to pick up my order, I witnessed appalling cross-contamination between vegan, vegetarian, and meat products. When I raised my concern, I was shockingly informed that you cannot guarantee the prevention of cross-contamination. This is utterly unacceptable! If you cannot ensure that vegetarian and vegan products remain uncontaminated, then you have no right to market them as such. To make matters worse, upon checking my order, I discovered unmistakable meat product parts on my so-called "vegetarian" pizza. This blatant disregard for dietary restrictions and customer trust is infuriating. Domino’s, if you cannot uphold basic food safety standards, then you should not be in the business of selling food. This experience has completely shattered my trust in your brand. I demand immediate corrective action and a formal apology for this egregious failure. Get your...

After my third attempt to order a meatlovers without the bbq swirl, and leaving negative feedback on the Dominos website last night for this order, decided I may as well join the review stack here. First of all, the delivery staff are top notch! Friendly, super fast, couldn't ask for more! The ability for this particular Dominos restaurant to follow special instructions (such as simply not putting the bbq swirl on the pizza), seems to be just too difficult. The first couple of times I brushed it off, gave the food a poor review in the website but gave kudos to the delivery driver. This time I still gave delivery a 5/5 but everything else low. No response via email from the restaurant to apologise or even acknowledge the error. So I think its time for me to move on to a different cheap pizza brand. Yes, the area is chock full of "artisan" pizzerias, but sometimes I enjoy the good old quick Friday night pizza feed. Won't be at this...

Annoyed by them Always disappointing Experience. Today, when i ordered, i specilly made a phone call to add Extra Ranch sauce. Instead, they have given some other red sauce. Soo Disappointing i didn't take the order and returned to the delivery guy. From today, i won't be ordering anything. Fthing from this fshop and see the condition of pizza how the sauce is spread on the Pizza. I'm going to report it to the franchise.

Ordered 2 pizzas and one of them didn’t even have cheese on it (especially bad when we ordered double cheese). Then to make it better was told a remake pizza would be out within 30 mins. 2 HOURS later and we’re still waiting on the remake pizza and was told the pizza was out for delivery. Wish I could give the service a 0 because 1 is generous. This is the third time we’ve had problems and it seems nothings ever changes
