Fish's Seafood Market — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Ordered the Seafood Basket via UberEats yesterday, requested that the food quality is maintained but when it arrived, it was cold, soft and soggy! Yucks! Imagine eating fish n chips, prawn cutlets etc soft and soggy, it was quite disgusting! I called to upgrade the Fish to Snapper, and was received by an unfriendly and unhelpful female voice, who treated as if I was an interruption to her schedule and all she said was I dont know, ring UberEats, nothing to do with us! I also requested cutleries which did not come with the order, it just shows how well they treat their customers by not meeting any requests at all? Do they even read the request??? I got a refund after complaining to UberEats but this is not it, what was disappointing is my partner who was in forced self-quarantine at a Hotel in Brisbane after returning from Melbourne spending a month with me, she needs to return to her job in QLD. I tried to cheer her up by ordering some of her favourite food and treat her to a nice dinner eventhough the Hotel was full-board, only to be greatly disappointed by Fish's awful food!

Today, I ordered Nasi Lemak with Fried Chicken from Lemak East Brisbane and the food was delicious, crispy and still hot even when the delivery took 40mins to arrive. LEMAK followed every request I asked for in the App which shows they care about their customers.

I will not recommend Fish's and wont be back for sure. They need to up their game especially in today's hostile business...

I ordered our dinner from here tonight on Uber Eats. My first assigned delivery partner had stolen my food and never finished the order on the app, the restaurant noticed, contacted me and replaced my meal free of charge. The new delivery partner stayed and waited. I care for my disabled mum and it’s tough ordering because it’s hard to trust the apps, for these reasons but this restaurant saved our lives tonight. I’m so grateful to the wonderful person who called to check and must say they were immaculate in their customer servicel. Over priced and disgusting food. Soggy octopus grilled with onion and red capsicum drenched in a soggy salad with off tomatoes. Just gross. Had one bite sent me to the toilet for 3 days... Not to overstate but jeez never imagined that after I read the description on their menu. We paid $41 For a soggy burger horrible chewy octopus salad and 4 calamari rings. No chips no drinks and these were advertised on menu as meals. Appalled at the standards here clearly 4 stars is given just cause. I will NEVER eat there or recommend not even to my worst enemy, I hope the money is worth serving your customers disgusting frozen food. But you have a good licence....
