Was so excited to try out this place as we heard many good reviews about it. Sat in, the vibe was good. Saw that they have the FEED me $59 pp menu and we wanted to know more about it as it was not very clear what we can have, staff explained it well and we went ahead and ordered.

Everything was good until the mains, on the paper it says 1 mains for 2 person to share, we came in 4 people but only allowed 3 mains, we didn't ask why and went ahead and order, within 5 mins we finish 2 of our mains and ask the staff we wanted to order 2 more pasta as the FEED me menu seems to be AYCE until you are full.

The horror came, the co-owner (the staff told us he was the co-owner) comes to our table and says we can only finish our food and order more, then as a customer POV, how long do we have to wait? If your menu says 1 mains 2 person share why only let us order 3 but we are paying for 4 people? We questioned the co-owner, he replied “ok, fine, so what do you want?” in a sarcasm voice. After we have almost finished our food - no food wastage, the co-owner comes again to our table and asks sarcastically “you left with only 30 mins, any more orders?” We are also not informed that every table has 2 hours of dining time until the nicer staff told us about that upon paying our bills.

Such service is not acceptable!! Especially coming from the co-owner. We left feeling very disappointed and will not return ever again! Food wise was good, service was good from regular staff, however one person destroyed all the good experience to bad experience.

Also the staff do not know if the pizza is wood fire or not, have to go back to the...

Absolutely fantastic! I am very particular with the quality of the food I eat and this restaurant was and for a change I was not disappointed. The table seating is lovely, great decor - the chairs are a bit hard :( - but the food and service was amazing. The service staff are very friendly and fast to respond. We skipped entree as pasta is quite filling, my hubby ordered the ravioli and I ordered the gnocchi with lamb ragu. The ravioli was lovely and flavourful but the gnocchi was out of this world. The gnocchi were soft and fluffy and the lamb was tender and tasty. We ordered a side salad of rocket, pear and pecorino and it was so delicious I could eat it as a main course on it's own! Another bonus was that everything was seasoned well which is something a lot of restaurants don't do these days, but there was also salt, pepper and EVOO on the table which is also something you don't often see and is very much appreciated. Although we were pleasantly full I really wanted to try the caramel chocolate mousse with pecans and caramel sauce. Hubby ordered the cannoli with vanilla, pistachios, lemon + ricotta. The cannoli was very crisp and the filling very fresh, the chocolate mousse was divine, so smooth and creamy and the salted caramel gave it a delicious salty kick. 5 out of 5! Unfortunately Google wouldn't let me add any photos so you'll just have to try...

Just absolutely disappointing service. My partner and I have been coming since the first week they opened and were very impressed with everything that we have been coming back frequently and often bringing people on occasion because we loved it so much.

The last couple of times? Horrible. Definitely can tell there has been a change in management.

Just now, we had a 7pm booking, got there at 6:55 and seated. We proceeded to wait 25 minutes for the waiter to come and take our drinks order. Never happened! We noticed 3 times that she glanced at our table and thought "this is it, she'll go grab the ipad." But no, she didn't come to us, she proceeded to go to the table that was seated 15 minutes after us. This was not a busy time as the outside section was cleared and some of inside.

Shouldn't have to flag a waiter at a table serviced restaurant. I don't even leave reviews, but im just so disappointed. We won't be coming...

Disappointing Dinner at Justin Lane Last night, what was meant to be a pleasant dining experience at Justin Lane turned into a frustrating ordeal. Here's what happened: The $59 "Feed Me" Menu - Offered a "Feed Me" menu for $59 per person - No notification of a 2-hour seating limit - Unexpected rule in the $59 feed me menu: only 1 main course allowed between 2 people - Staff displayed a noticeably poor attitude - We felt degraded and uncomfortable throughout the meal - The overall experience left us feeling disrespected as customers They didn’t even bother to tick us off as to have attended the booking. What should have been an enjoyable night out became a lesson in poor communication and customer service. Restaurants should be clear about their policies upfront and treat their patrons with respect. This experience at Justin Lane serves as a reminder of how crucial transparency and good service are in the hospitality industry.

Date - 13/12 Time - Between 12 - 1 I ordered a Tequila and was asked if I wanted anything to go with it... to which I said no(my fault). When I got my tequila by itself in a glass without lime or salt(right side of the pic), I asked for lime + salt to pair it with. The server who took my request got me a lime soda instead(left side of the pic). I then asked her again for lime and salt... she goes away, comes back and asks me to use the lime from lime soda drink and salt from the table salt. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and she doubled down on it. I stared and shrugged cos I was with my work colleagues and didn't want to stretch this any further. She then comes back again and says they'll rectify that for me... which never happened. Not sure if this is a training issue or whatever but it sure was a weird encounter
