I stopped at Nodo in Elizabeth St at 2:35pm. today, as two friends and myself were going to get shakes and doughnuts, the lady serving us looked like she hated life, wasn't friendly at all, no smile and said we don't do shakes at this time.

It's open until 3 pm but they refused to make 3 shakes, so the business lost out on $33 or so and left the three of us disappointed.

I don't think the staff understand what hospitality is and how to go above and beyond to make a customer happy, it's staff like this in the photo I've uploaded that wreck a businesses reputation and make customers go elsewhere, of course she doesn't care at all just working there to make some money, you work in hospitality, smile, be friendly, do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.

Nodo has really dropped the ball alot the service is hopeless, and the staff don't care, this isn't the first time we have had issues with this store but enough is enough something should be done about this.

I feel there is no standard expected of the staff.

You guys expanded alot and dropped in service...

Ordered a decaf cappuccino and a blueberry and lemon cheesecake donut here!

Discovered that if you sign up online you get enough points to get a free coffee, so took advantage of that and got an extra shot as well.

Coffee was absolutely delicious. The strength was just perfect for me, quite strong flavour and the hint of chocolate from the cappuccino topping was just so good. Of course keep in mind I had an extra shot, so can’t comment on how it would be in normal strength.

Was not tooo big on the donut, made a mistake of getting the blueberry and lemon cheesecake donut since it had blueberry chunks inside, which I don’t enjoy.

I did have a taste of the pistachio donut from a friend and that was really delicious so I think the cheesecake donut was just not for me. Their chocolate is delicious, I will try a donut with...

Visited on our holiday in Brisbane and was very excited to find a completely gluten free place to eat! We had the tomato toast which was really nice, I enjoyed the bread and the tomatoes were fresh and well seasoned. The banana bread with the maple butter was my favourite. We had coffee, both of which were perfect. I got two of the donuts to take away. The donuts are very pretty with lots of yummy, special flavours to pick from. I got the carrot cake and the yolk dounuts. They were tasty but more like a cake shaped like a dounut than an actual donut in terms of texture. I wish that the yolk had more lemon curd, I thought it would be filled with some but wasn't. Overall a pleasant visit, the service was friendly...

In Brisbane for the 2 days I was there I basically lived at this gluten free chain restaurant called NoDo! Which was a 100% gluten free bakery and cafe (with multiple locations). 🤤🤤🤤 The first day I had the most amazing raspberry white chocolate donut, sausage breakfast sandwich and a passionfruit hibiscus iced tea! 🍔🍹 The second day I just had to stop by and grab some more donuts (for my trip to the beach), so I had the same raspberry one but also tried the fairy donut (which was incredible too)! 🍩 Then I went back for lunch later the second day and had the most amazing chicken fried sandwich and mango matcha iced tea! 🥭🥭 I truly would go here everyday if I lived here!! Soooo good!! 😩
