Right across from the art gallery sits this charming café, the kind of spot that feels like a natural extension of a day spent enjoying creativity and culture. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, attentive service that makes the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish. The drinks here are a real highlight – the coffee is smooth and full of depth, while the matcha latte is beautifully balanced, with just the right touch of sweetness and richness. You can tell a lot of care goes into preparing each cup, which makes it stand out from your standard café stop. Inside, the space is decorated with cute, thoughtful touches that give it a cozy, welcoming feel. It’s the sort of place where you can sit back, soak up the atmosphere, and feel like you’ve discovered a little hidden gem. The chairs are on the smaller side, so it’s not the most spacious seating, but it adds to the intimate, tucked-away charm of the setting. With its perfect location, friendly staff, and high-quality drinks, this café makes an ideal stop before or after a gallery visit – or even just on its own. It’s a lovely blend of style, comfort, and great taste.

Tae and Annie at Sips are the best! They are friendly, professional and give such great 'super fast' service always with a smile! Their cold drinks, especially their Coconut Coffee Frappe and Cookies and Cream/Oreo frappe leave Starbucks for DEAD! Looking for a dairy alternative then the Coconut Coffee Frappe is made with coconut milk (or whatever milk you like) with creamy (dairy free) coconut ice cream! So good!! And don't forget to check out their $5 Brownie Cup (pic attached). They have a very competitive priced drinks menu including some traditional Vietnamese coffee/tea options which are so delicious! Thank you Tae & Annie for always making me feel welcome and special! See you soon! xxx Alex

The bell tolls, it's Sips O'clock! A small cafe with limited seating, focused on takeaway. The atmosphere for those who stay is relaxing and welcoming, just coffee machines and soft jazz, not overwhelming so easy to hold a conversation over a coffee. Speaking of coffee, good stuff. It's hot, delicious and they know what they're doing. It was busy when we ordered but the staff worked hard to get through the orders quickly.

I’m absolutely devastated by what happened this morning. I ordered a tofu Banh Mi, trusting that the order would be correct as I was heading to work and didn’t think to check. I’ve been a lifelong vegetarian, never eaten meat due to deeply personal and religious beliefs.

As soon as I took a bite, I realised something was very wrong, it didn’t taste like tofu. I returned to the store immediately and asked the staff to check. They confirmed it was pork.

This was not just a simple mistake for someone like me, this is extremely distressing. I’ve never consumed meat in my life, and this experience has left me shaken and heartbroken. A refund was offered, but that does not undo what has happened.

It is the responsibility of the staff to ensure that food is correctly labelled and double-checked before being handed to a customer, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions that are based on religious or ethical commitments. This kind of mistake is completely unacceptable.

I sincerely hope this review is taken seriously, and steps are put in place to ensure this never happens to...
