The wheel is worth the time and price. This is a very nice wheel. The booths are air conditioned and clean. I've been on several other wheels around the world and this one was a bit different. First: It is fast. You get four fast loops instead of one very slow loop. Two: It is not very large, but it still gives you a nice view over the river and city. Three: It has a little guide playing which tells you about the various things you can see. It did lose a star for this as it was discussing upcoming projects that will be completed in 2022 in 2024. Ticket purchuse and setup is smooth. You can buy a drink at the ticket counter. My only negative is that when I buy an iced tea I do not expect it to be flavored. It is a whatever type of thing and not world ending. The line then sends you in two directions. One side is for groups of 1, 2, 3 and the other side for larger groups. This lets them balance the wheel. Staff was police and efficent. Everyone was just plesant and decent. It was lovely.

Very underwhelming experience. I've lived in QLD for 20 years now and never had an urge to go on the wheel of Brisbane, even as a child. Yesterday, I gave in to my daughters tantrum and finally caved. Nearly $40 later, we are in line waiting for our time to shine, and I'm doubting my parenting skills for letting a 7 year old talk me into going on this. I'm watching people exit the ride, and not once did I see excitement or a smiling face. Even the attendants looked like botox had taken over, and expression was something their face could no longer do. Anyway, it's time to get on the ride and experience something that I've never done before, by choice! We go around once, we go around twice, and I am ready to get off. But we have another 3 spins before I could. I considered a nap, but needed to supervise the 7 year old, who also looked like she was ready for bed. Finally, the time came, and I could not wait to get off! I'd received my botox shot and exited the ride with an expressionless face like the ones who had been before me.

5/5 Stars "I recently had the pleasure of riding the Wheels of Brisbane Ferris wheel, and it was an unforgettable experience! The views of the city skyline were breathtaking, especially during sunset. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the boarding process smooth and hassle-free. The capsules were spacious and clean, with plenty of room to move around and take in the sights from all angles. I felt completely safe and secure throughout the ride. The 10-15 minute ride flew by, but it was long enough to take in the stunning views of the Brisbane River, the city, and the surrounding mountains. I even spotted some iconic landmarks like the Story Bridge and the Kangaroo Point Cliffs. Overall, I highly recommend the Wheels of Brisbane to anyone looking for a unique and thrilling way to experience the city. Whether you're a local or a tourist, it's a must-do attraction that won't disappoint!"

The Wheel of Brisbane is a 60-meter-high Ferris wheel, a landmark of Brisbane. Take the Wheel of Brisbane, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the city over the Brisbane River and enjoy breathtaking time. The Ferris wheel rotates 5 times each time and lasts about 15-20 minutes. Although the speed is faster, the whole process is very gentle. On the last lap, when you reach the highest point, the Ferris wheel will hover for a while, and the audio guide will point out famous Brisbane landmarks so that visitors can better enjoy the scenery in front of them; if you come at night, you can visit the skyscraper It is even more charming to see the night under the lights of the city on the wheel. After riding the Ferris wheel, you may wish to stroll around in South Bank Park, where there are many restaurants, snacks and entertainment.

Similar to the opening of the wheel at Marina Bay, Singapore this wheel was also erected the same year of 2008. Wheels come in various sizes and can be found at many locations, including traveling carnivals, amusement parks, and tourist destinations. The enormous rides, which include enclosed cabins and rotate slowly, are now generally referred to as "observation wheels," whereas smaller versions like this one and includes portable models, are still called "Ferris wheels." This particular Ferris Wheel is iconic to South Bank promenade positioned beside the Brisbane River for all to enjoy should the desire of appeal attract you to do so. It provides 42 air conditioned capsules holding a total passenger capacity of 336.
