The Coffee Club Café — Restaurant in Brisbane City

If I could rate this no stars I would. Awful service, asked specifically no marshmallows in my hot chocolate and was chucked in. They didn't bother asking to make a new one. They then serve me uncooked chips was still cold in the middle. Also i have alergys with tomatoes and asked for none on my toastie. They came with it on and all they did was to chucked them off rather than re doing it. I had an allergic reaction straight away from the toastie. The staff was not bothered at all. The staff dont want to work there, they are not arsed about pleasing there customers. I would never recommend going to this cafe if the staff are trying to kill you...

I had to go to the city for a few appointments today and yesterday so decided to grab breakfast at Coffee Club. Both days the food came out quickly and hot, the service was absolutely lovely and so accommodating. There was plenty of seating, and multiple sized tables to accomodate for smaller/bigger groups! I get soft poached eggs and they were cooked to absolute perfection. Even my mum in law had no complaints! The only thing I would've loved was if there had be accessible power points - my laptop died so couldn't finish working prior to my appointments but wasn't a big deal. Great...

$7.30 for a medium lactose free coffee, sheesh, no thanks.

I won’t be coming back here at those prices, the coffee was okay I guess but it was served just warm so went cold very quickly. My friend ordered an oat milk latte and we waited over 10 minutes for his coffee with multiple people’s coffees coming out before his (that ordered after we did). My friend asked when his coffee would be ready and they said “oh, we have no record of your coffee’. The coffee was then made and given to him with little apology. We will not return here, there are much better coffee shops directly...
