Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was quite negative, from the service to the food quality.

Upon arrival, we were greeted without any warmth or courtesy. Communication was difficult from the start, with the server asking questions in unclear, confusing English.

The service continued to be problematic throughout our visit. When I tried to place my order individually, the server was rude, insisting that she would only take orders when everyone at the table was ready. Later, when we finally ordered, the server showed visible impatience with one of our companions who was still deciding, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.

Regarding the food, the quality was severely lacking. The steak arrived cold and flavorless, while the chips were overly salted. To make matters worse, there was confusion with the drinks - I ordered a Coca-Cola after seeing glass bottles being served at other tables, but received a glass full of ice and was charged for a 330ml drink.

Echoing the below review. This place has atrocious service and I would avoid it at all costs!

We tried to go here during lunch for the second time but yet again it comes with a side of “why the hell are you here” and “get out of my way”.

Everyone but the bartender had a terrible attitude. Yes, it may be busy for lunch, but you’re not saving lives!

Your waiters need extensive training to learn how to calm down and think about the way they speak and treat people. This restaurant is suppose to be table service however we have never been acknowledged when waiting to be seated and then get abused for sitting down or going up to the bar.

One of your waiters literally told me to “move” when I was standing at the bar for a drink. She then went and put a reserve sign on our table after 5mins and said we only had 20mins when there were several others sitting around us that had been around for longer. My partner took a bite of her sandwich for lunch because there obviously wasn’t going to be any table service for us and another waiter came up rudely stating “you can’t eat outside food here” even though we had already bought drinks from the establishment.

Safe to say you need to hire new waiters.

I was here drinking a glass of wine mid afternoon while waiting for my bus. It seems the owner prefers young blonde pretty bar staff with likeness in appearance. Is it because that's what he would indulge him$elf in after work? Or is it because he feels this is what every man likes and therefor would bring business while men undress young women with their imaginations after a few beverages. The wine menu takes you around the world, even to Argentina, why these countries? Has someone romanced a Spanish person and the counties on the list? If you don't mind overhearing un-naturally loud conversations within an earshot on how to exploit the world's resources and find out what your personal profit margin is to most companies then this is the place. High quality wines. I didn't eat here. On one other prior occasion I witnessed a bachelorette party where, unbeknownst to the bride to be, she had invited a colleague, who might have once been a purveyer of adult entertainment services.
