Congratulations Megan!! Karen and I have been waiting for this day to arrive, since we met you years ago. To see your dream now firmly here, is such an honour and privilege to see it materialise. To secure opening service on your first day has been a very emotional experience. Everything from the warm and personal greetings as we arrived, through the courtyard into reception to being seated at our table. The calm and considered ambiance instantly embraces you, and you can feel the outside world slip away. The staff were as we hoped for, professional, courteous and knowledgeable of their roles, without being overly familiar. The champagne selections are to be envied elsewhere, and we hope to have many more visits to experience a little piece of this magical place. Winnifred's is becoming my husband's and my new favourite place to spend time together. We love sitting at the bar and chatting with the staff, who are incredibly knowledgeable, while enjoying some charcuterie and cheese. We arrived during a rush last Saturday, and although there was no room at the bar, the Concierge team quickly made space for us upstairs in the blue events room, which was excellent customer service. Luckily, we also managed to get a dinner reservation for last night and were blown away by the food & service. The bugs have to be at the top of your list when you come to visit - yum, yum, yum! The staff informed us that more dining spaces will be opening soon, so I will keep an eye out to make my next booking. Thank you...
