McDonald's Crown Perth — Restaurant in Burswood

Went in to order a Crispy Chicken Aoli Wrap Meal and a snack wrap with an apple pie for my mother and I paid $21 and half my order was missing and the other half was completely wrong.

I went back in to get it remade since all of it was completely wrong waited about 15 minutes for them to make the order then when I finally got it it was stone cold and still missing half the order so I asked the manager to make sure it's done correctly

Once I got the manager onto it, it was finally done correctly but was still stone cold and at that point I just took it because I was done.

I work in the costumer service industry so I understand when it's a busy time but 3 times is crazy. If your going to station a maccas at an expensive building such as crown then atleast make sure you are right and following health and saftey slandereds. SERVING COLD CHICKEN to costumers is just asking to be sued for putting costumers kids into hospital.

Someone either needs to hire new managers and staff or shut down the maccas at crown because this...

Sadly I do not write reviews often but the food tonight was so bad. I ordered at 9.15pm. 7 orders were called after my number. I waited though, patiently. After 9.30pm I realised they had forgotten my order which I could literally see sitting there. Was just a happy meal… let’s just say when I did walk up to say look I think that’s mine can I ask what the hold up is? Any apology would have been fine. McDonalds is fine with ample parking and disability access. The management need to get their act together with cleaning and hygiene standards as every time my friends and I enter the eating area it is disgusting and disgraceful, due to the amount of rubbish discarded by a lot of visitors who don't care where they leave their rubbish this includes not just on the tables and chairs also the floor. Tables should be cleared and cleaned straight after use and rubbish cleared from the floor.
