Domino's Pizza Canberra City — Restaurant in District of Canberra Central

I have used this domino’s multiple times. All but the last time have been pleasant enough experiences. The inside of the store is unbearably hot. Having the store temperature set to 25 degrees in winter makes for a very unpleasant experience.

The service in the store is efficient and staff are great.

The calling experience is the opposite. Every time I have called the call has been clearly picked up as I can hear background noises and then the call is manually ended. This is extremely frustrating.

My latest experience however is the most frustrating. I ordered a cheese pizza. What I got was cheese and bread. I got no tomato base, zero sauce. It might be the most disgusting pizza I have ever had. It tasted like cardboard. When trying to rectify the issue. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone from the store via there phone line and this haven’t been able to rectify this. It is very unfortunate and I am now very disappointed...

On my trip to Canberra I chose to eat at domino’s pizza as my hotel restaurant was not available for evening meals (also no room service!). Anyway I ordered through their app and instead of getting delivery I decided to do the pick up option. The delivery expense is simply insane. I know that they increase prices of pizzas and also the delivery charge is simply out of touch with the reality of most working people. I can understand the delivery charge (fair enough) but the price hike on actual Domino’s products is simply theft. The price of an $8.00 pizza rises if you choose delivery? Like what the hell is that about. Why do prices rise simply because you choose delivery over pick up. It’s like smashing a kid’s piggy bank. Anyway I walked to the store. They got the pizza choice wrong. Not a huge fan of dominoes but will get their fast food...

Dominos Calwell - The last two orders that we have placed have been in excess of 40 minutes later than advised delivery time.....and have sat in the store where they have gone cold prior to being delivered. The most recent order, was delivered "without" any of the sauces for 4 servings of the chicken. On phoning the store to advise of this, the young exceptionally officious girl informed me that "...we are very busy..." and without so much as an apology, terminated my call! I was then forced to call back and ask to speak to the Manager to have this rectified. The sauces were then delivered, although rather than the sauces originally ordered, a random selection of sauces in a box were delivered. In comparison, every time I have used Pizza Hut, my order is delivered on time, and as per my order! Will not be using your...
