San Churro Fremantle — Restaurant in Fremantle

Few weeks ago I went to San Churros Fremantle and gave a good review of their delicious Chocolate macarons. To my surprise, I got a complimentary offer of 'Churros for One' to redeem. I was so happy! I have never won anything before! Thanks a lot San Churros Fremantle team!

Here are some feedbacks for my last visit on 4/9/20: the Chocolate macaron I bought was just okay. What I had a few weeks back was better though. Not sure if it's just little things that made the difference. I also redeemed the complimentary 'Churros for One' for takeaway. However my Churros looked really pale yellow and not golden brown like I expected. I really thought they were undercooked. It turned out, they tasted okay, but could have been better. The ones I had a few weeks back were way way better than what I got today. Again, I think consistency is the key.

Ordered on uber eats. Food arrived and my ‘churros for one’ didn’t have the churros in them.

I called the store to ask if they can do anything for me as I only order 1 item and didn’t even receive it correctly. He said they can’t do anything and i need to request uber for a refund. As ‘it’s weird because he packed it by himself’

I understand accidents happen as I worked in hospitality but it is annoying that such a big thing happen and I’m told to ask for a refund which takes 1.5 days for uber to reply and 5 days for the refund to process and even then they only provide you with the lost items. So I’ve paid $12 for 2 dip sauces to be delivered .

We did order again and it was correct but I felt it was missing the cinnamon sugar on churros so not much...

I had the absolute best experience at San Churros in Fremantle! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and fantastic service. Owen was brilliant – attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. He was also verry attentive and double checked the allergen information to ensure my friend could eat the churos and sauce.

The coffee was on point too, thanks to Carrina, who is clearly a skilled barista. Every sip was smooth and delicious.

A special shoutout to Mya, the manager, for running such a well-organized and welcoming place. Her leadership shines through in every detail.
